Last time we were here, the staff was very kind. However, this time the manager was extremely rude to me and my girls, right in front of all my children. She threw the receipt onto my tray as I was walking away. The tacos were meatless and full of sour cream. I asked to speak to the manager, and she looked at me and said, 'Yeah, that’s me.' When I tried to address the issue, she responded, 'I was trying to help you.' Her 'help' didn’t feel like help at all. When I went to get my food, she rudely asked me to wait while she checked if it was mine—so why did they buzz us if it wasn’t ready? My kids were hungry, and I just wanted to get their food. She gave me one tray and as I waited for her to tell me I could get my food, she asked if I was going to grab the other tray myself which puzzled me. Honestly, it was her demeanor that really threw me off. she was incredibly rude. Is this what she considers helping? When I finally got the okay to take my food, she threw the receipt on the tray as I walked away. I asked to see the manager, which brings me back to my earlier point—she claimed to be the manager. She was wearing a black and white plaid shirt. It’s unacceptable to treat customers like this, especially in front of children. As a manager, kindness should be a priority. To the kitchen staff: Please prepare the food well I know you guys were extremely busy. I didn't to complain because I know you work hard, and I truly appreciate your efforts! But, dealing with your Jefa fue una persona grosera y no se porque está de jefa o ojalá que solo haya sido un mal día para ella.

I stopped by this fuzzy taco location at 933pm, and the two guys at the front were very nice but seemed to be agitated because they were closing at 10p. and had some register issues. They re-routed me to order from the bar, and when I spoke to the bartender short with blonde hair, she stated this is the bar to order a drink, not food. All I was trying to do was spend money to get some food to go. So now I re-routed back to the front register and told the gentlemen that the bartender refused to take my order, and all I wanted to do was order food. At that point, they finally took my order. This type of service has a lack of hospitality. I will not return back to this location due to the service, but I would like a call back from the District Manager over this District/ Region. This is what I was given to be the Quesabirria tacos (pictures enclosed), and I spent $32.76 for everything I ordered.

Wow. I’ve frequented this local restaurant for 6 years and have never been as disappointed in a local business as I was this evening. The “manager” Ramon was smoking near the door and mocked the fact that I asked him to follow city ordinances and just smoke away from the building so that my friends and I didn’t have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get into the building for our favorite chicken fajita salad. He was aggressive towards us and towards his staff. He also told me that the “liberal media” has convinced me that smoking is bad and “it’s not”. And that it makes lungs stronger and that I should toughen up. Not sure what else to say other than, no…offensive…this isn’t how medical science or the service industry should intersect. The level of disrespect in the way he speaks to people is disgraceful and he obviously does not care for people to frequent their establishment.

Updated 7/3/2024- As you can read from my previous review, we loved this Fuzzy's location. We enjoyed relaxing in the bar with friends, and the bartenders knew us by name (and drink order)...it was such a great atmosphere. All that changed recently and the bar staff was sadly told they no longer have jobs. I am not sure of the reasons behind such a drastic action, but we will not be returning due to bad management. My heart breaks for the remaining staff who must work for "leaders" who do not care for the well-being of their staff and patrons. My advice to management/owners- Your bar area brought in a lot of "regulars" who loved the atmosphere your bartenders created. You ruined a very good thing. It's clear that you need to address your management style if you want to retain customers and staff. Oh, Fuzzy's Taco Shop, you have truly stolen my taco-loving heart! From the moment I walked through your doors, I knew I was in for a taste bud extravaganza. This place is a true gem in the culinary world, and I simply can't get enough of it.

First off, let's talk about the atmosphere. The moment you step inside, you're greeted with a vibrant and energetic ambiance that immediately sets the tone for a fantastic dining experience. The colorful décor, combined with the friendly staff, creates a warm and inviting space that makes you feel right at home. It's the kind of place where you can unwind, enjoy great food, and have a blast with your friends or family.

Now, onto the main attraction – the food! Fuzzy's, you've truly outdone yourselves. The menu is a tantalizing journey through a world of flavor, and every bite is a delightful explosion of taste. Whether you're a fan of classic, no-fuss tacos or you're feeling adventurous and want to try their unique creations, Fuzzy's has got you covered. The variety of fillings, from succulent meats to mouthwatering veggies, ensures that there's something for everyone.

I must give a shoutout to the staff (Hi McKynna, Brie, and Nic) who always deliver exceptional service with a smile. They're knowledgeable about the menu and are more than happy to provide recommendations based on your preferences. It's clear that they're passionate about what they do, and it reflects in every aspect of the dining experience.

Lastly, I can't help but appreciate the value for money that Fuzzy's offers. For the quality and quantity of food you receive, the prices are more than reasonable. You're getting top-notch tacos that won't break the bank – what more could a taco lover ask for?

In conclusion, Fuzzy's Taco Shop is a true taco paradise that deserves every single one of its five stars. The incredible food, lively atmosphere, friendly staff, and wallet-friendly prices make it an absolute must-visit for anyone craving a fiesta of flavors. My taste buds have found their forever home, and I can't wait to return for another round of...

Fuzzy's Tacos is a popular Mexican restaurant chain that has gained a loyal following for its casual and laid-back atmosphere. The menu at Fuzzy's Tacos offers a variety of Tex-Mex dishes, with a focus on tacos. While the food is generally tasty and satisfying, it can sometimes lack the depth of flavor and authenticity found in more traditional Mexican cuisine. The fillings for the tacos are flavorful, but some may find them to be a bit heavy-handed on the seasoning. Additionally, the tortillas used for the tacos can be hit or miss, with some being soft and fresh while others are slightly dry and lacking in texture. Overall, the food at Fuzzy's Tacos is enjoyable, but it may not be the best option for those seeking a truly authentic Mexican dining experience.

One aspect that stands out at Fuzzy's Tacos is the lively and energetic atmosphere. The restaurant is often bustling with activity, creating a vibrant and fun ambiance. The staff is friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive dining experience. However, the high level of noise and activity can sometimes make it difficult to have a quiet conversation or enjoy a relaxed meal. Additionally, the restaurant's decor is simple and minimalistic, which some may find lacking in character or charm. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall atmosphere at Fuzzy's Tacos is enjoyable and adds to the overall dining experience.

In terms of value, Fuzzy's Tacos offers reasonable prices for the portion sizes and quality of food. The menu items are reasonably priced, making it an affordable option for a casual meal. However, some may find that the prices do not always reflect the taste and quality of the food. While the portions are generous, the flavors and ingredients used can sometimes leave something to be desired. Nevertheless, Fuzzy's Tacos provides a decent value for those looking for a quick and satisfying Tex-Mex meal without...
