Jamba — Restaurant in Frisco

I placed 3 orders through Uber eats and all 3 were cancelled! After the 2nd order was placed and canceled I called the store, they picked up and disconnected the call. I called back and asked why my order was cancelled so that I could correct the issue if it were something going on, on my end. She said, they didn’t cancel on their end it was the system that did it because the matcha green tea was unavailable, she advised to place the order again without that particular drink. If that were the issue, why not call the customer, let them know what’s going on, and allow them to replace or remove the drink from the order instead of canceling it without an explanation as to why. Since we really wanted our smoothies, we did as advised and replaced the order without that particular drink and it canceled it AGAIN!! This is beyond poor...

I recently visited the Jamba Juice location under new ownership, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! I could feel the positive energy and dedication of the new team. The store was spotless.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, taking the time to explain the menu and recommend their favorite smoothies. I tried an açaí bowl and was happy to learn they can accommodate my dietary restrictions (using almond milk vs soy).

Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I can't wait to return! If you’re in the area, definitely stop by this Jamba Juice; you won’t be disappointed. Kudos to the new ownership for creating such a pleasant atmosphere and...

The smoothies at this restaurant are really delicious and seem to be made with fresh ingredients. However, the service leaves much to be desired. When I tried to add an extra ingredient to my smoothie, the staff couldn’t inform me about the available options and showed little willingness to help. Additionally, the atmosphere is not the most pleasant. Another downside is that they are no longer participating in the American Airlines mileage program, which made me stop being a customer.
