My Thai & Vegan (FRISCO) — Restaurant in Frisco

The last time my family was here, cups had lip stains. Now, they have fingerprints when we haven’t even touched the cups yet. They look unwashed. It makes sense why we got straws now.

We were also not informed about the water being cucumber water instead of plain water. When someone asks for water, you don’t give them flavored water, you give them water.

Finally, one woman was working here every time we came. She doesn’t pass out plates, food, or spoons, leaving them at the edge of the table. While one may think it’s because she’s rushing, there was only one other family with us. When they left, we still received the same speed and quality in service.

I walked in and wasn't greeted at all by the white blonde; she just stared like she's never seen a customer before. I accidentally ordered at the wrong location. She did not offer solutions and just shrugged it off w/o offering to have me redo the order, transfer it, or anything else. Luckily, I called Irving and they were more than willing to refund. I left to take the phone call & when I came back, she left the counter and brought her trainee to take my order. It was odd because he had to stop what he was already doing from the back of the kitchen to take my order while she went to go do nothing. I only took this personally because the customer after me was seen by her without any switch in severs. She locked the door to signal that our takeout was ready (@9:41PM). Guess she doesn't like Black people🤷🏿....

I am a big fans of woon sen noodles. I order it every Thai restaurant that I went. This is the most expensive one I have ever had lol. It cost $14.5 to have chicken woon sen noodles which is like $3 more than most of the average Thai restaurants I went. I meant it is fine if the food is really good, but the food is lack of flavor, spicy level 1 and level 3 tasted the same . Also, the shrimp roll was $6.95 on the menu but on my bill was $7.95. They said they changed the price but haven’t updated the menu. Alright that’s fine. But!! They force to charge $0.95 for every take-out order as a “ delivery fee” I am kinda confused because what is the delivery fee for a take-out order?
