Mynaa Kitchen Frisco — Restaurant in Frisco

Mynaa makes great food. It’s tasty. And good for small home orders.

However, for large catering orders one has to be careful and exercise caution. I also recommend going in person and checking the quantity of the trays.

The quantity in a full tray is not really full tray. It is only 3/4th of the full tray. So, if you are planning your parties assuming a full tray will be full of food (like other local restaurants such as Spice Rack or Hello India), you will be in for a disappointment.

Feedback to Mynaa: please have some pictures ready on full tray, half tray of all items and add it to your menu, so that folks can plan their sizing accordingly. Almost all full trays only had food filled 3/4th - unlike other Indian restaurants in the local area.

I had given 5 stars to Mynaa Plano in the past. I have been using them for all my catering needs regularly. This was my first order (to cater to 200 people) in Mynaa Frisco.

The above feedback about quantity is not mine alone - but it was unanimous consent of the hosts of the party (my friends). I am posting this on behalf of all the hosts.

For future users: the below order was not enough for 200 people (120 adults and 80 kids).

I recently visited Mynaa Restaurant in Frisco, TX. The Restaurant offers a variety of Indian breakfast dishes, sweets, and ready-to-make batter; they are divided into weekday and weekend specials. I had high hopes for a delightful culinary experience.

I ordered their mini pack of parotta with kurma and raita, mini pack set dosa with vada curry mini pack has six pieces each, and their day special Bisi Bele Bath. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to its potential. The flavors were bland, and some(parotta)seemed reheated and hard to eat. The menu promised authentic flavors, but what arrived on our plates was far from it. Their special vada curry was the only reasonable option for me.

The restaurant boasts a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with tasteful decor. Service was good, and the staff had a good knowledge of the menu and suggestions. I hope Mynaa Restaurant takes customer feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to regain diners' trust in the...

Mynaa's kitchen should be your go-to caterers for Tamil food!

We ordered a catered dinner consisting of 10 South Indian (Tamil) dishes for a family get-together (20 guests) and I must say that I was very delighted by the service + quality of food and overall satisfaction.

Our guests enjoyed the delicacies and we were very pleased to have chosen Mynaa's kitchen for our catering.

Would definitely recommend Mynaa's kitchen for anyone living in and around dallas area.
