I will start by saying this is a newer place and the people who run it deserve more stars than 5. If I could give them 10 stars I would just on customer service alone. I went on a Friday towards the latter part of the evening. While I was waiting for my food, I noticed some really good things. Any delivery driver that would come through and had to wait was offered a complimentary drink very respectfully. When I got my food they were apologetic about the wait even though it seemed like a very reasonable wait for the food to be prepared. There was an older man at the counter who was smiling and greeting the customers at all times. Keep in mind this was 8.30 in the evening. When my food arrived, this older man could have just as easily called me to the counter. However instead he came to me with my food. When I asked for my drink, he came back with the cup and lid. I had some issues with my order and wanted to genuinely provide some feedback as I want this store to succeed. I called and spoke to one of the owners, Ali. He was deeply apologetic (a few times) and offered a refund. When I politely declined, he told me would make it up to me the next time I was there. Thank you so much!

I thought customer service was a thing of the past. I feel differently after interacting with this restaurant and I'm so glad this place is in my neighborhood. You can learn to make better food but integrity, respect for others and sincerity are core values that can't be taught. This business has all of the core values. After eating here for lunch more than 5 times I can say this is the best, tastiest, and most consistent shawarma on this side of Frisco and Plano. I usually go for the chicken shawarma wrap and it has never disappointed me once. I usually have an issue with the texture of most shawarma from other places: bread falls apart too easily, rough unseasoned large bits of chicken, overly saucy, strange vegetable selection, etc. Shawarma Press has none of these qualities. The Shawarma is hot, the chicken is in flavorful strips and is very easy to eat, the tang of the sauce is perfect with the crispiness of the bread due to it being pressed and wrapped perfectly and makes it so good you don’t even need to add any sauce if you don’t want to. The portion is great as well and doesn’t feel over or under compensating. The best part about it is that after coming so many times I can say the quality is exactly the same every time and hits every single time. Usually places have a standard issue or very disoriented quality control with the food but this place has an almost “chick fil a” like razor edge control with the quality of the food being produced. I truly hope it remains like this as this is one of the best qualities to me about this spot, a quality that I have found is honestly only exclusive to this place at this particular time when most places around are not, making it deserving of all the praise. All in all, out of every shawarma place I’ve eaten at (and it’s been a lot) this is the single most consistent and best place and I would highly recommend anyone who enjoys shawarma as I do (if you couldn’t tell) to go....

All the flavors are so delicious, and mouth watering!! ❤️🤤😍

They also provide variety of sauce: Garlic Sauce Red Chili Sauce Tex-Mex Sauce (my fav 🤩) Tandoori Sauce

From Appetizers: Side Hummus (my fav 🤩) Side Taziki 🤤💯 Falafel Bites 😍 Cheese Pastry (my fav 🤤) Spinach Pastry (my fav 🤩) French Fries ( which I ate with dip of side Taziki 😍)

They also provided Bowl with Chicken and Beef over rice with their signature sauces! This was also Tempting!! ❤️🤩
