Subway — Restaurant in Frisco

By far the worst subway I’ve ever been to in terms of service and attitude. I ordered a footlong nachos and didn’t want any meat on it. At the time of preparation I requested for a few olives on my nachos and the staff said they can’t do that. I said well I’m not getting any meat and I’m requesting for a veggie - nothing that has an extra charge associated with it. They said sorry it’s against our policy. I even asked them to sub the tomatoes from the nachos with olives and they still said no to that. The amount of olives that would have gone on that nachos would have been less than 1% of olives that probably get wasted in that facility daily. Subway is known for their unlimited veggies when building your own sandwich and you couldn’t add a few olives to my nachos? Especially when I didn’t get any meat on them?? Pathetic…Congratulations, your few Pennys worth of olives just lost you my entire family and friends business for life at this location. I forgot my lunch today and my coworker said the local Subway (this location) had Gluten Free bread, so I gave it a shot. I asked for GF bread, turkey, American cheese, and toasted. Then lettuce, onion, tomato, spinach, and Southwest Chipotle and headed back to my office. The toasting softened the bread but did not "toast" it. The texture of the sandwich was crumbly, with little flavor outside of the onions and southwest sauce. Filling but not impressive. The brownie package was so hard to open I had to use a knife on it. The brownie was very chocolaty, with nice a gooey texture. It would go great with ice cream. It has a heavy 350 calories, so I ate half. It also appears that they charged me for 2 gluten free buns/wraps?? I give Subway props for offering a GF bread, but it could be better. Training of employees is always an issue for me at all Subway's, and I regulary feel overcharged. Tell me...

Had a fantastic Subway meal today, I sadly forgot her name, I apologize, but the woman who helped me out was so sweet and nice, and she makes a gorgeous sub, very neatly put together Tried the new Supreme Meats Italian footlong, and it was delicious! Oh, sure, it may just be a sandwich, and there's an upper limit on how tasty a sandwich can get, but this one was definitely at the top with how well it was put together, all the flavors blended together evenly, and it tasted great for every single bite! As a former Subway Sandwich Artist (What? Are we not called that anymore?), she put it together perfectly like I would have done so for myself if I were making my own for lunch. Thank you so much!
