Unbelievably Terrible Service â Avoid This Paris Baguette Location
I had the worst experience with this Paris Baguette location. If you need a cake for a special occasion, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Incident 1: My Wifeâs Birthday Disaster
My wife loved the Blueberry Chiffon Cake after trying it at a friendâs house, so I placed an order days in advance over the phone for her birthday, paid in full, and expected to pick it up at 5 PM. When I arrived, they told me they had no record of my order. After some back and forth, they admitted the operator never informed the baker, so the cake was never made. They had no backup cakes and couldnât do anything because their bakers had already left.
The manager called me the next day, apologized, and promised it wouldnât happen again. He asked me to give them another chance.
Incident 2: Second Chance, Second Failure
For my cousinâs birthday, I gave them another try. I placed a phone order, confirmed the details, and this time, the cake was madeâbut they completely messed up the name, even though I spelled it out clearly.
I spoke to the same manager, who once again apologized with no real solution. I told him this is exactly why they should allow online orders to prevent these mistakes. Frustrated, I decided I wouldnât order from them again.
Incident 3: Third Strike, the Worst Experience Yet
A few months later, it was my anniversary. I checked their website and saw they finally started taking online orders. Hoping this would prevent another disaster, I placed an order online for a Blueberry Chiffon Cake, double-checked everything, and kept the decoration simple with âHappy Anniversaryâ to avoid errors.
At 10:30 AM, I called to confirm my noon pickup and asked to speak with a manager. Instead, a rude employee refused to transfer me, saying she couldnât guarantee a callback. Then she told me, âWe donât take online orders.â I was shocked. I had just placed my order on their website and even confirmed the location. She insisted my cake wouldnât be ready.
Luckily, the manager called me back within 10 minutes. Instead of being professional, he questioned why I was coming back after my previous complaints. Rather than appreciating my patience, he acted like he was doing me a favor by confirming my order. His tone was dismissive, as if he knew I had no choice but to buy from them.
Final Verdict: Never Again
Paris Baguette has zero accountability, terrible management, and rude employees. They repeatedly forgot my orders, messed up my cakes, and offered poor customer service. Their staff doesnât even know their own policies, and even after multiple failures, they havenât improved. Cake orders are for special occasions and should be handled with care, yet they have proven three times that they simply donât care.
I will never return to this location and strongly recommend that others...
Read moreI use to go to the Paris Baguette in Irving, which is excellent they are 110% amazing, the quality of the bakery food there is one of the best by far đ đ so I was expecting the same level of quality at the Frisco location and unfortunately I was very disappointed. I don't understand what is going at the Frisco location, less fresh and less filling in their pastries. For example, their King Donuts, way less filling, but they are still charging their high price for less product, and u can't really call them KING Donuts they are kind of flat not like the Irving location. They also seem to bake a lot less products and their bakery is messy a lot of times when u walk in. I recommend everyone to visit the Irving location and then go to the Frisco location and u will completely understand the difference. I am hoping đ the Frisco location gets better since they are new and I was so excited to have them in my area, but as of right now I am pretty disappointed đ đ I think the employees, managers and owners of the Frisco location should go visit the Irving location and get some tips and learn about baking better quality, customer service, and keep the shop more organized and clean. The Irving location looks and feels more high-end and fancy and if Frisco shop is going to charge the same prices as the Irving shop then they need to step-up their game. I do wish them the best and I a praying they improve...
Read moreI stopped by the Paris Baguette on Main Street in Frisco today, and from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The displays of pastries and cakes immediately caught my eye â everything looked fresh, colorful, and absolutely irresistible.
I decided to try the croissant doughnut and the sugar twist, and they completely exceeded my expectations. The croissant doughnut had that perfect balance of a light, buttery interior with delicate layers, paired with a crisp, golden outer shell. Every bite was flaky, tender, and just sweet enough to leave you wanting more. The sugar twist was equally amazing â soft and moist on the inside, with just the right amount of crunch and an even dusting of sugar on the outside. It wasnât overly sweet, but had that melt-in-your-mouth texture that makes you close your eyes just to savor it.
Paris Baguette has quickly won me over, and I can already tell this will be my go-to stop for a sweet treat whenever Iâm in the Frisco area. If youâre nearby, do yourself a favor and check it out â you...
