So the food taste great but customer service was kind of rude until I spoke out about it. I ordered a combination shrimp and chicken teriyaki plate. At the same time I ordered there was already a plate sitting out of just chicken and not shrimp. I told one staff member and he said there was shrimp on the plate when there clearly wasn’t and that plate was made for me. Patiently, I asked another employee so he then realizes there is no shrimp and makes shrimp. The plate was sitting out for thirty minutes and probably longer because it was made before I ordered. The cook placed shrimp on the plate that had been sitting out for a long time right in front of my face. I asked cook why he placed it on the plate that was sitting out for a long time and he shrugged his shoulders and said, “What do you want me to do?”. I politely responded saying, “You know what the respectful thing to do is. Especially for a paying customer who paid extra for the shrimp and has been patiently waiting while everyone else is being handed a plate of hot food.” He then immediately knew that wasn’t right so they made me a fresh plate, which I greatly appreciate. I just didn’t like the “oh well” attitude with it. Treat your paying customers plates like you would spending money on a plate of your own...

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order from your establishment. The meal I received had significantly less meat compared to what I have experienced at other locations. The vegetables consisted of cabbage with carrot shreds, which was not what I expected. When I went back to request a correction, a few pieces of broccoli and some shrimp were added. Unfortunately, the shrimp were undercooked and inedible. They were just gross slime to spit out and throw away. The rest of the food was cold and gross.

This experience was highly unsatisfactory, and I urge you to address these quality control issues to ensure a better dining experience for all customers.

Sorry I cannot recommend this food. A Samarai Warrior would perform a sacred Seppuku/Hari Kiri ritual after eating this! Someone needs to retrain the cooks and the food preps. This tasted horrible. The beef is not properly seasoned, no taste, it was soft and slimey, The Fried rice is not fresh, it was sitting and pre-made, the vegetables are also pre-made they were water steam or boiled, nothing gets fresh stir fried here. this is not a true Japanese stir fry, zero good flavor. What's going on here? Please...
