TopGolf Swing Suite at Westin Stonebriar — Restaurant in Frisco

My friends and I celebrated my husband's birthday in the Top Golf Suite. Booking the room was easy as you can independently reserve a room through Open Table with a max party of 8- or you have to contact a hotel representative to book a larger party. I booked online since we had 8 guests, but I needed to consult a representative to discuss menu options for the party. It took me about two weeks after calling and leaving voicemails beforeI finally got a hold of someone via email. The food and service on the day of was perfect. All the food was set up buffet-style as requested. The spread was beautifully laid out, and the service was great! The room was a good size with a couch and 3 bar tables and stools around the golf simulator. I gave the experience a 3-star because (1) the room was very warm despite having the air turned down and the shades closed (2) and the golf simulator did not seem to be calibrated correctly. Often times, the ball would register way lower than where the ball actually made contact. It was so unresponsive and inaccurate at times that it made the experience unreal. This is a motion sensor video game, not the actual topgolf from the patio roof. It is simply a video game in a private conference room of an elegant hotel. I don't know how the rest of the hotel is or if this is included in hotel costs. But as an outside person not staying at the hotel I payed online to make a reservation and this did not at all seem necessary or worth it. The game frozen many times and the sensor turned off.
