White Rhino Coffee — Restaurant in Frisco

I really liked this place especially since another coffee shop my business partner and I was going to randomly closed so we decided to try this place but after a couple weeks we were approached by one of the staff members and told that they reserved the front tables for people who orders food which was weird because we had been there handling business with no issues but we obliged no problem. During another visit last week we decided to sit in the back and again was approached by another staff member this time definitely in a rude manner about ordering again in which I was a little upset and my business partner obliged only to get the food and it was very hard. I understand wanting people to order but the environment is a lounge feel and we definitely enjoyed coming here but we will find another place to go to that doesn't force people to order if they are hungry but definitely would have been a longtime customer and was happy to spread the word to fellow friends, business partners, etc as we do live in the area and love visiting new places but I recommend one, don't force people to Order sometimes people are seeking a nice environment to work and occasionally Order but even more so spread the word about this place, second, learn how to approach customers in a gentle and professional manner not as stated "we like to think of this place as a eat-in restaurant so whats your order", and third, its extremely cold which multiple reviews and others stated while we visited every time. If you have not tried this coffee house, you are missing out!

It’s conveniently located and even has a drive thru!

As you walk in, you are greeted with beautiful upscale decor and an efficient layout !!! They also have the option to order digitally!

There is ample seating in these amazing wooden tables that are warm and elegant. There is a warm fireplace and some lounge sofas as well. I went on a Thursday morning and this place had plenty of folks but it still felt like there was enough space for everyone!

The menu was great, easy to read and the staff were super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! They had a variety of coffee beans/flavors that they roast locally and sell them along with WR merchandise.

I ordered the seasonal Love Notes Latte and was pleasantly impressed with the mix of flavors that worked so well together! The coffee was rich, fresh, and you can totally taste all the nodes (for the coffee lovers- this is a must try). I also ordered the chocolate croissant, which was soooooo delicious and yummy!!

Overall this coffee house was warm, welcoming, quiet, friendly and served amazing coffee!

as an average high school girl, I always come here whenever I have alot to study for. I like to call this place my study cafe to my family and friends because it's the perfect environment. Me and locals who come here are usually quiet and respectful, the music is calming, and the cafe itself is super cute. Every one who works here is super kind and patient!! The place may be small, but its perfect. Cafe hunting is my hobby, but for some reason this is my most common spot. I wouldn't prefer anywhere else lol, and I have their coffees to thank for my good scores haha. Today I tried a baristas favorite, Raspberry bliss, or something like the name of that. It was so good, I suddenly wondered why I never left a good review on this place, so here I am now, sitting here and sipping on a raspberry iced latte and studying for my biology tests!!
