I walked in the door to pick up an Uber Eats order, and not one person (including the off-duty employee behind the counter) greeted me or asked me if I had an order to pickup. Once someone finally walked over to me, I explained I had an order for Uber Eats and they said they were still working on it. There’s no problem with that, but when they finally got around to heating up a donut, after the drinks were just sitting around for at least 10 minutes at this point, they bag up the items and tape them shut and just walk away without saying a word to me. I had to walk around to the side of the counter to get the order and in one said anything as I left. After a 30-minute wait yesterday on my own drinks (that one was incorrectly rang in and made), I’m completely done with this location. Read moreOrdered a Venti drink and a sugar plum danish through the drive through. Half way home I decide to sip my drink and it takes awhile to actually taste the drink... how odd. I stop at the stop light, pop the lid and the venti drink is filled half full. I didn't pay for a half full drink, so I turn around and head back to the store and go inside.
The manager on duty, a young lady was very helpful, pleasant, and nice. Offered to re-make the drink and I declined. I just wanted my money back on the danish and the half filled drink at this point mainly due to the inconvenience of having to drive back.
My complaint isn't with the customer service, it was great, but with the lack of actually checking the order before it heads out the window.
