Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fruitland

WOW. Busiest day of the year. They have 15 people working, I counted— FIFTEEN. They’re BUSTING THERE BUTTS on this night to get every order out for those who chose to go into the new years with dominos as there last meal of 2023. Now I’ve come here about 12 times since I moved here a year ago. They’re efficient, never messed up an order, place is always clean and staff is super friendly. I love dominos for many reasons, their crust is one of the many reasons and this place runs smoothly. The food is ALWAYS fresh. These people work hard here and I wish everyone could see how hard because they were running around with there heads cut off trying to bust out as many orders as possible. We don’t deserve this dominos and these amazing people! 10/10 you go guys!

I went in for an order I placed the night before. They had it ready at 6pm which was when I ordered it, everyone here is always so nice and happy! My daughter came with and they were happily showing her how they make the pizza! They asked her favorite topping and she yelled “DOMINOS!” We laughed, she then said pepperoni! We've been ordering from this Dominos for a couple years now. Unfortunately we have watched it go from our favorite in the area to something we can't consider food. The last straw was our last order where we waited for over two hours for cold and nasty pizza and pasta. This was over two hours after the tracker said it was out of the oven and in "quality control". I called at 40 minutes late and they said they would not be sending the same pizza that had been waiting for almost an hour. Then they sent the same. I had to go down there to collect my refund and unfortunately saw the state of the kitchen and employees that were there that night. Filthy uniformed, barehanded teens, grabbing toppings, cross contaminating, on dirty counters, tripping over trashy floors. The "manager" has only managed to run the quality of this place...

I recently visited your domino's in Fruitland Idaho on 11/5/2019. To say the experience was underwhelming would be putting it mildly. From the off shift worker distracting the onshift crew from their task of pizza making, to the inability to correctly spell my name I was throughly unimpressed. The crew seemed more occupied with personal conversations and drama then actually producing the product. Not to mention the GM walking past all of this unproductive atmosphere twice in the 20 mins we were I  the store without addressing any of the issues or acknowledging that there were even patrons in the store.

For this reason and all the rest listed it is unlikely we will be visiting this establishment again or recommending it to any of our friends and family.
