7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Fruitport Charter Township

It's hit or miss on the coffee. Sometimes it's awesome others It's not made right. I've asked them to fix it and they seem to get mad about it. When they first opened they told the person in front of me to back up and they hit my car. No apologies for that. I am still missing 600 reward points from the December 17th promotion. I stopped going there for a few months. I started going again a few weeks ago. Today will be my last time. We waited over an hour in line for another pourly made drink. I would have left but there is no where to pull out of line to leave. No apologies for the extremely long wait or explanation. They also favor the line closest to the building. So if you go stay in that one. Many times have i been in the one furthest from the building and watched 5+ cars go through that arrived after me. If I could rate it a zero starts I would. I will say there are some great employees there. But the management seems to be lacking. They need to train their employees better. I have reached out to the main corporation for my missing point called and emailed. They responded they will make it right "soon" after almost 5 months I'm not...

There’s a reason most of these reviews are positive with only a couple negatives sprinkled in. While we thought this was a Dutch Bros potentially going in, we were a little surprised to find out it was a 7 Brew when we had never even heard of the company until that point. I still wanted to give it a fair shot and I’m glad I did. It’s on my been open for 2 weeks and I have been there by far the majority (if not every) day they’ve been open. I’ve tried several drinks now off the list (Brunette both iced and hot are my easy favorite) and the staff if always nice. Some how been a bit more personable than others, but that’s just coming down to a difference in personality. No one however has been rude in any way. Twice now I have been in the line at the entrance of the lot and while I was hesitant to wait, I’m glad I did because the majority of the time they burn through that line very quickly. The staff are all very friendly and happy to answer questions. When they first opened, they ran several free drink days, so I was able to try most of the originals. I enjoyed all of them, but if you’re not big on indulgent drinks, sub lower fat milks or non-dairy alternatives. You can also adjust your sweetness level. I usually get half sweet.

The prices are comparable to Starbucks, and depending on what you do for customizations, it can add up. My order is usually $5-$7 for a medium or large drink with a tip.

It’s so much faster than Starbucks though. If you’re looking for a fast specialty coffee on lunch break or the way into work, it’s a safer bet even if the lines are longer. They have staff on tablets that walk down the lines to take orders more quickly.
