Sleep Number — Hotel in Norton Shores

I'm trying to figure out why delivery of just a mattress is $259 and delivery with building and setting up the whole bed and frame is $259. The more I think about it, it's making me angry enough to cancel my order. It's not like the mattress is in a box like it used to be according to staff. Our time spent purchasing a bed at the Muskegon Sleep Number store was a great experience! We enjoyed ourselves. The guys were not only helpful, but very friendly and knowledgeable. They really know the product and are very good at meeting your specific needs. This was our second sleep number purchase. Our first bed was bought in 1997 and we are still using it! The base couldn't fit up the stairs, no one measured or asked about it. I had told the salesperson that I have to sleep raised, that's why I wanted sleep number.
