Family just discovered this place this year. The evening/night staff were awesome. Good first impression. Made the fries without salt for us, and boy were they delish! I like the bigger fry, more potato in it. Plus they are hand cut, freshly fried...amazing. And we actually got enough to feed all of us, plus some little bonus gems in the bag, that's always nice. Then the burgers. Oh my Lordy... so good, hot-n-juicy! My sister has to go gluten-free now, so we were glad they offer a lettuce wrap. First time, I thought "no way, I'm getting a bun." But bun wasn't that great, kinda firm-cold, so by the third visit, she convinced me to go bunless (and to help her). So I went bunless, thought I'd cry, but actually loved it! With the cheese and the bacon loaded, double patty and all the fixins', of course mustard and mayo too, it tasted like a dream dripping with delight. So yeah, I'm hooked. Although, there was twice we didn't get our fries overflowing, and I was sad. But they were busy and maybe the girl didn't realize that I can pack it in. Large means large fry, dammit! Don't short...
Read moreOne of my favorite places I normally go around noon. But this would have been my 1st time going at night.. really not to fond of the cook at the grill tonight with sweat dripping off his nose all over the grill and the burgers well they add all the extra toppings you like.. yeah I understand it's hot inside there and it's hard not to sweat but they could definitely work on some ventilation or some nice cool air in there for the workers and visitors.. Don't really think I'll enjoy my sweat burger.. but other then that they all work hard in there and there very nice! Still one of my favorite places to go.. just think ill stick around coming at noon. Please work on something that will help out with some cool air or something no one wants a sweaty burger.. With the wrong person this could turn out to be a big issue...
Read moreWent here for the first time. Only 2 people sitting at a table. Wasn't busy at all. Ordered a hot dog. They were out of hot dog buns. I had a hard time hearing what the lady was saying that took my order. I asked twice what she said and both times I thought she said a bow bun. Figured it was some fancy name for a bun not meant for a hot dog. So upon getting my food, it was just in a tray with no bun and onion and pickle laying in the bottom of the try. But yet still paid $8.69 which is the full price. Not to mention, that is a ridiculous price for just one hot dog. It came with bacon that was so burnt it didn't even taste like bacon. Definitely the first and last time I ever go here. Seems like a manager would run across the street and grab buns considering the grocery store is right there. Ya...
