Taqueria El Rancho — Restaurant in Fullerton

I used Tacos Zapata for my wedding reception caterer. They have amazing package deals that are all inclusive, including multiple meats, salsas, tacos, quesadillas and taquitos. They bring lots of food! We had told them 116 people, yet most of the 100 guests went back for seconds and we were not charged extra. They arrived on time, set up was quick and looked professional. They stayed to serve for 2 hours and cleaned up, even packaging leftovers in containers for us, which they provided. Many of our guests have told us how amazing the food was and what a great idea for wedding food. A few guests even have worked with them in the past as they serve Orange county and neighboring counties. Thank you for making our wedding day as perfect as can be. We look forward to using them...

So I have used Taco Zapata for my Resident Events and they have done an amazing job. They are timely and communicate so well. This past event on yesterday, Javier and Andrew, were simply amazing. This team was so great with our residents. It was our first event after opening in March of 2024. We wanted to just show some appreciation to the residents and I am so glad Taco Zapata was a part of the celebration. I will definitely ask for Javier and Andrew!

I came for the all you can eat menudo and I'll tell you the first plate was awesome. You get pata and hominy it's cooked well but the broth is a little under season. The second plate is just menudo and broth, and the serving was well sized.

I ask for just a cup of water and the lady at the register just ignored me. I had to ask her twice for it😐 and even though I ask for ice in it she gave me a half filled cup.

It was pretty empty so the atmosphere was dead and the programming on their TV was lame lol.

So based on food I'll come again but not on service...
