Chill place that wasn't packed at all when I went with a few friends on a Thursday afternoon. Lots of parking. You can order via kiosk or at the counter but I opted to order via kiosk. At the end of my order placement, I noticed a charge of $0.18 for a convenience fee. Not a big monetary deal but I had no idea what this charge was for and it seemed a bit unwarranted. Didn't bother to bring it up since I didn't want to seem petty but I'd advise ordering at the counter and seeing if you get charged anything extra there.

Total price was around $6.50 for my chai latte with almond milk. Reasonable prices for this day and age although I wish alternative milk was less than $1. Staff was pretty nice. I realized after my visit that this place has a lot of good sandwiches that people have been reviewing so I'm likely to come back to try some of those but I'll probably be ordering at the counter.
