I'm a nurse that works for private client to assist with mental health disorders. On June 24, 2023 415pm I purchase three separate orders that each one almost were $20 bucks a pop and I realized therr were orders missing and I called the location and spoke to a female manager told me toncome whenever to recomp my order.
I went by at 11pm to get them recomp. On the phone they were rude giving me the runaround about that only the manager is capable of doing this procedure.
I spoke to Armando and a red hair girl with no name tag on. By the way both have poor people customer service skills, they are threatening, and no professional courtesy. I recorded the whole event.
The girl didn't even hear what I was.saying she was giving the manager the wrong information and he didn't want to even listen to my concern.
And he didn't want to give me my receipts. And the girl was giving me and my friends attitude. And made us come in with the receipts, wasted our time, insulted us, threaten us, disrespected us, and ripped us off and left us without a resolution.
Also no food completion, ripped off, and lied too. So I am going to put this on all the review sites, speak to my attorney, and share this with my colleagues, classmates, and other associates that adds to 50k people and have them passing the chain over and over again. Which will cost jack m box lots of money.
I want a resolution and both of those...
Read moreThe guy at the drive thru window was rude and disrespectful. I am not one to really complain but this guy was just a jerk granted it was about 3 am but I didn't even order that much food and I felt like I was a burden. Food was cold when I got it and the drinks were watered down tasting! Overall horrible experience! Will Never Eat There Again! Wish I could remember the little Mexican man's name that ruined my morning. I would totally include it in here hoping he at least would get talked to about it. Another thing that kinda pissed me off was that this homeless person was trying to buy a fountain drink and because he had no car the guy at the window ignored him, blatantly ignored him to the point where I was so appalled that I told the guy to get in my car and I drove him thru the drive thru window and again was greeted by the rude man and I am surprised that I was even served at this point.
I am now adding to this review in regards to the response I was given by the "owner" of this Jack in the Box who didn't even leave me a link to get to anywhere that would ever try to make my experience better and after reading the reviews that this establishment has I am actually really surprised that they are still open and serving the public! This place needs a lot of help and it is a disgrace to the jack in the box name this "owner" should be ashamed...
Read moreI had a very horrible experience here just 20 minutes ago. Ordered on the app and when I arrived to the window the young lady proceeded to tell me to not drive to the window because it messes up their time on giving food out. I've had many horrible situations. Not just at this Jack in the box but almost all of them where they're just rushing me. Don't even give me eye contact and I see now that it's all because they want their time on the drive-thru window to be under what it's supposed to be. So this brings me to my next complaint that you as a company should not be giving your employees a time frame to give food out because now it just creates conflict and poor customer service. They should be giving as much time needed to us individually, professionally and still in a timely manner, but you guys should completely get rid of that...
