When was the last time you were in a coffee place, and the guy/gal/etc. was so nice you were happy to push that tip __% key on the card swiping screen. Well, that was the kind of genuine niceness I experienced from the guy last night. No attitude. So that's the first +.

Ironically, I'm not into hot coffee (iced and creamy and sweet..Thai or Vietnamese iced coffee rules!). I love love love The Coffee Bean and TEA LEAF® TROPICAL PASSION ICED TEA. and..there's caffeine in it! I get lots of liquid sugar added. And they risk dysentery and tribal wars and cannibals to secure black tea that somehow metamorphosizes into a Polynesian Mango Explosion..begging the question.. 'Can't you just take Lipton and add the de-bittering tropical passion extract, saving time and risk of life; here..as quoted on the side of the tin I added in Photos here; "Our hand-plucked, pure Ceylon black tea from Sri Lanka.."

Oh joy, sounds like we have poor, oppressed Sri Lankan field hands "hand plucking" our imperialistic tea.

Oh, well. Let's be extra thankful to everyone who made the best damn iced tea from the original coffee chain of SoCal, one that probably pre-dates Stafcks by 30 years or more, as well as Peet's bitter sludge made by our friend to the North, Berkeley.

It's way better than Sweet Tea, famous in the alligator alleys of the Deep South. Like Paula Dean. Gross.

I’ve been going here for about 6 months now and they still don’t know my name. I go here pretty often and am an avid coffee bean customer. Actually I’m pretty hardcore. The locations on Katella, Tustin, Main St, Main Place Mall, and 17th St know my face well. They caught on and knew my name after a few visits. So I ordered a large Black Forest and used my free drink redemption. Guy messes up my order and I correct him. He insists he heard me say regular. I’m like no. If it’s a free drink, I choose to get a large. ALWAYS. I want to make the most of my free perk. I’ve been going to Coffee Bean stores for 10+ years. But on top of that, he makes a face as if I lied. Really now? Customer service sucks here. They are too involved having conversations amongst coworkers and do not focus on their customers. This is not to bash the company, just this store. I choose Coffee Bean because of the coffee of course, but also their customer service. The managers and supervisors at the other stores in Orange County are amazing. Lily, Michael,...

Last weekend I went to grab some hot tea with my mom & sister. I was helped by the best barista EVER, Marciel. I was just going to get a cup of hot tea and he suggested I try the Winter Dream chai tea. I was certain I didn't like chai tea. He pulled out the canister so I could smell it and it did smell like a Winter Dream! He promised me I would love it, then promised me I would love it as a latte (which I never drink).

OMG you guys! This was the best thing I have ever had to drink! I have been thinking about it all week. I wish I lived closer to your location so I could go there but I will be going to my Marciel-less CB&TL closer to me today to pick one up.

To the management team there, this guy was great! If I could give you more than 5 stars I would. He changed what was a one-time drop in, to a week-long hankering (dare I say low-key obsession) for a TEA (tea?!) and likely now a loyal customer (unless your non-Christmas time offerings aren't great) who spends far too much money as it is at that other place with a ⭐️...
