Prices and merchandise are ok . Store is organized . Came with my wife and daughter. They have a crowd control barrier . We came in and the guy stopped us for a min, allowed their cameras to captured us , and explained in botched spanish their security procedure. I understand the security measures, but what makes it seem as profiling was that the guy just greeted the two young girls that walked in behind us and welcomed them in , without any explaining or even stopping them as he did with us . Management should really reconsider their security measures before someone feels discriminated against. Based on the observation that they don’t apply their policy equally to everyone and seem to just focus it to certain ethnic groups. At least do your job and train these guys properly on discrimination at the work place . The wife and I were annoyed by the security guards behavior . We came in 9/26 and enter the store...

I love Burlington Stores, but I won't be returning to this location! I went last night and they had a table full of socks and the top layer was batman and superman socks. The sign said "5 for $9.99"! I was like wow what a deal! Thinking it's too good to be true I asked a sales associate on the floor and he said I don't know, and put them back. I decided to take them up to the register and asked... She said nope these aren't on sale. I can only give you a discount. The clerk at the counter over said oh yeah i saw those and thought they were a great deal too! The manager said no its probably a mistake. In short, Burlington employees make an error. Their staff doesn't care to fix it and various employees seen it thought out the day... Here I come thinking I'm getting a heck of a deal and they won't honor the display they have put up! Wow! Should have read the reviews first. No one on the floor, one mirror in the entire coat section, everything miscategorized, and no one on registers. I did wait in line to ask about layaway because I found a few gems, but the cashiers not only were slow and rude, they let other customers cut in front of me with no explanation. I dropped my items and left after a fifteen minute wait and when the second person cut in front of me to pick up their layaway. Even on my way out, I heard the cashiers talking about me in Spanish. Normally I'd find a manager, but the whole experience wasn't...
