Panda Express — Restaurant in Fullerton

Team member Laura was incredibly rude. At this location pick up orders are done at the exit of the restaurant so not knowing that they had changed where to pick up my order I headed to the exit no On helped me and when I finally got Laura’s attention I told her I had a pick up and she told me that I had to go around the building when for her it was literally just a couple of steps I had to go all the way around being so unaccommodating when I asked her If she could just hand it to me so I wouldn’t have to go around she said not I work in retail and the way she handled it was completely off putting. When I finally made it around I asked if I could get chili sauce she said yes and walked so incredibly slow as if she was doing it on purpose to spite me, as she walked to the kitchen I saw her gossip with another coworker and look at me. How rude and unprofessional. I always come to this Panda Express for lunch specially since I work right across the parking lot and will definitely continue to go but Laura’s lack of professionalism was offputting I’ve never seen her at the store. 30 minutes before closing and the only option for a side was the last of the dried out friend rice not even white rice. The only proteins that they were serving was what was left over. The food had obviously been sitting there for a long time and was visibly dried out and unappealing. They were unwilling to make any additional food for any customers coming in for the next 30 minutes. Basically they didn't really care at that point. Understand that I get that they were near closing but this was the first time I have ever been to a Panda Express that wasn't making fresh food for their end of day customers. It would have not been worth it to pay for any of that food. I watched 2 people walk in then walk out with nothing after I left with nothing myself 👎. For someone that has been working in the food and beverage industry for over 15 years, you need to try harder. Nothing against the employees but if you want any food don't bother going to Panda Express at the end of the shift. They don't care. You will not...

Mostly all great visits I’ve had some bad and some worse but overall with the new online order app the food has improved drastically. I have ate here probably 5 times this week and it still hits the spot. Workers here get down.

Beats my last bad experience that made me quit panda for a while

I had a horrible experience here today! The last few visits were nice and they were on a roll with winning me over. But today was the last straw. The store was so hot I couldn’t even sit down and eat my meal. The employees were dripping sweat all over the entrees as they were serving me. On top of that while I was waiting for my food in that inferno. They messed up my order and didn’t even apologize. The lady in the black uniform is super mean and unaccomdating. She needs help with her customer service immediately!!!!

The orange chicken was my main reason for the stop. It tasted like 💩💩💩 so i chose other random entrees that were fresh out. the steak and shrimp, the steak entree and sweet fire....
