Nature's Juice — Restaurant in Fullerton

Horrible service and experience today. Note that I've been coming here for years. They have good juices, smoothies, and bowls. But today was just not it. I came in at 8:15 p.m. to order and was told they were only taking orders online. Okay, cool, I ordered online. 10 min later, they started letting people order inside the store. What exactly changed in those 10 minutes? Did you guys get more workers to xome help close the shift for the remaining 35 minutes or so? Okay, no biggie, back luck of the draw for me, I guess. Waited for 45 minutes for my order. Never received a message or call. Finally, after the last person who entered and ordered after me was served, they asked how can we help you. I've been waiting 45 minutes for my order. The worker said, "Next time, let us know cause we get busy." Uhmmm....okay, I get it. You get busy. But how are you going to tell me to order online, and then 10 minutes later, you let an influx of about 10 people order inside. And then you dont even bother to call or send a message to let the customer know the order is ready???? What's the point of ordering online if you dont get a notification by text atleast. Maybe dont have people order online if you dont have a notification feature that goes along with that. As I'm leaving I hear the workers say "oh we forgot...." The least they could've done is offered me complimentary smoothie...

Edited!! My prior review was not accurate because I reviewed the wrong business! I mixed Nature's Juice up with Juice it Up, the food truck that is on the college campus. Two different companies!! But very near to each other. So my first review with be moved to the other company's page. For now I want to give Nature's Juice an accurate review!

4 stars for Nature's Juice! Just ordered the oatmeal with sliced bananas, fresh strawberries, almond butter, chia pudding, coconut, agave and cinnamon. It was Perfect! Very tasty and filling! Definitely would plan to get it again. I also got a small pumpkin smoothie and it was mid. Not much flavor at all. Can hardly taste pumpkin or any sweetness. I'm a pumpkin lover so was a little disappointed. But that oatmeal sure made up for it! Oh and I did see juices at This business! Customer...

Just wanted to make a comment about yesterdays drop in to grab an açaí bowl. I came in because I was craving one and the little cashier boy was talking with his girl co worker over my bowl so much. He couldn’t just wait to talk after the work was done. Don’t know if spit flew into my açaí bowl; but that’s pretty nasty and gross and unprofessional. I get it it’s work and you’re bored; but have some respect for customers that are paying money it’s not free for an açaí bowl. The service used to be good here.. I haven’t been back in awhile and now I see that they just hire people who are careless and...
