Person who took my order was great, toast wasn't great, but this is a new location so I'll let it slide and give a re-review later on.
My issue was the girl behind who took my order at the next register making a comment she thought I couldn't hear as I was walking out about my missing tooth telling her coworkers I look like I'm on drugs because of my teeth.
I had bone cancer. I'm recovered. I'm ex gang member. got hit in the mouth with a baseball bat, skateboard, fist, random things including sport injuries over the years. So that tooth broke finally about a year ago but it didn't break through all the stuff I been though until cancer got the best of me.
Never done drugs in my entire life because my mother tried to kill me at age 4 becauseshe wanted to go party and get high and I was raised in the system as a result, but the girl who made the comment with her long fake horse hair has a lighter and don't look like she does cigarettes. So it's funny to me how people who smoke weed are quick to say others use drugs. Employees need to learn to keep their mouth shut. never know who is going to hear what you say trash talking. And you never know who hears it if they are crazy enough or not to pull a gun out an shoot you. Manners need to be taught to be mandatory in a work place and strictly enforced with a write up. I have a dead friend because of stupid comments being made at a work place. So yes it bothers me deeply that this idiot girl had the audacity to say something like a coward behind my back for a laugh with her co-workers. Take that wig fake lashes and nails off then lets see who has more room to talk trash. At least im not living a lie and being fake about who I am to feel better...
Read moreThe food was good as always, but it was noticeably greasier than usual today. The real issue was with my three-box combo. One box had chicken fingers that were about half the size of the others.
I went to the counter to ask for a replacement or compensation. The staff didn’t seem to know what to do—first they asked the cashier, then the fryer staff. In the end, everyone just said the chicken was “the same size.”
Look at the pictures—it’s obvious the sizes are not the same.
What’s more absurd is that no one reached out to a manager. Either the staff needs proper training, or the manager is extremely “absent” and not reachable when needed.
This place needs to learn to take responsibility for its mistakes—especially the kitchen staff. Denying the obvious only frustrates loyal customers.
This could have been easily solved by anyone with basic common sense. It’s not hard. Any other fast food place would have corrected the issue on the spot.
Customer service and consistent food standards are a huge part of running a successful business. This needs to be taken more seriously.
and what’s with the fans turned on? it’s cold and ac on? save energy and with that do...
Read moreAs a family of self-proclaimed foodies, my kids and I are always on the hunt for delicious eats, and when it comes to chicken, Raising Cane's has completely stolen our hearts. We've tried numerous places serving similar chicken, but none come close to the consistent deliciousness we find here. Every item on the menu is a hit, but the butter bread and fries are absolute standouts – seriously, they're divine! And that signature Cane's Sauce? It's magic! It perfectly complements everything from the chicken fingers to the crinkle-cut fries. If I had one minor critique, it's the complete absence of heat. For those who, like us, appreciate a good kick, you'll definitely want to bring your own hot sauce to spice things up. But honestly, that's a small trade-off for the consistently amazing food and experience we have every time. Raising Cane's is by far our favorite chicken spot, and we can't...
