New Edit:
I recently visited this location and was extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of the food. From the moment I walked in, the service was unwelcoming and far from what I would expect. Additionally, the food quality has noticeably declined since my first visit.
To make matters worse, my order was incorrect, requiring me to wait even longer for it to be fixed. Rather than offering an apology or making an effort to provide a hospitable experience, both the staff and the owner were rude. They even went so far as to accuse me of taking a cup that was handed to me by the cashier—a completely unnecessary and embarrassing situation.
I was appalled that the owner would treat me this way, and in response, I asked for a refund. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they casually dismissed it as a “miscommunication”—only after attempting to shift the blame onto me.
At this point, I can’t help but question whether they treat younger customers, people of color, or others they may have a prejudice against with the same level of disrespect and condescension. Regardless of the reasoning, I will not tolerate this kind of treatment as a customer.
It’s unacceptable to treat paying customers with such disrespect and hostility. If you’re looking for quality service and food, I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.
——————- We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza extra cheese. It was good but I wish the sauce had more seasoning and they put a little more on the pizza. Overall, I...
Read moreWe found our new go-to dine-in pizza place in the Fulshear area!
First of all we loved the food. We started with their mozzarella sticks which we agreed are our favorite we’ve had in at least a decade (and we try these everywhere we go — our bar is high). The spices are just the right amount and not at all overdone, and the crunch is just perfect. The pizzas were also excellent. For me I think The Everest is my favorite even though I’m a major pepperoni lover; it’s actually the first supreme-style pizza I’ve had that I like, and I just loved it. Lastly I’d never seen pizzas with these narrow slices but I now prefer this especially for sharing.
On the side they offer a nice beer and wine selection to make for a pizza tavern style experience. We went with a pitcher of Yuengling Lager and it was a great match for the pizzas.
The only criticisms I’d offer is it seems some of the staff were newer and learning which is totally fine, but they were very friendly so I didn’t mind waiting a little bit while everything was worked out. Also it seems the Maps location needs to be updated as it’s just across the street from the...
Read more6/17/25 So let’s be honest the reviews that were 1-3 star are concerning and not good and the good were glowing. After reading the dozen or 2 I was not really sure what to do, but bit the bullet and decided to try, and we have picky kids. So we decided to get the 20” Mountain regular pepperoni and 20” Mountain thin crust. And serve says…AWESOME!!!! But holy smokes those are soooo BIG for 7 of us we could have got just one, 21 slices but it’s a lot of pizza. Look I am not saying people have not had experience but we picked up our pizza and did not have it delivered so there was no blending of the pizza cheese all over like some have shown. It appears they cook it just enough to crisp it to the edge which our was perfect, plus this is not your normal pizza with a big crust. There really is not crust which is awesome. Love that they use the little pepperoni, so good. I would say to anyone who had a bad experience you should try it again! Well worth getting hands down the best pizza I have had in a while. And I am a huge Papa John’s and Marcos fan, but this is...
