Poor, awful, nasty, rude customer service! The staff ALWAYS acts as of they don't want to be there and are always rude. Just plain, flat out nasty attitudes. This morning, the lady, whom was the manger, greeted me with "card only".... I said goodmorning that's fine and processed with my order. A bowl of grits and a grilled chicken filet. She hesitates and come back to the speaker and say we don't have grilled chicken. I said you all are out of grilled chicken?? Her response was its breakfast we ONLY serve grill chicken for lunch. I said is this something new. I was ignored. I said since when ma'am? I've been here several morning and order this exact same meal. Here, and several other locations. I have receipts! She then tells me I've never gotten grilled chicken and turned the speaker off. I sat there for about 2 mins before her coming back on the speaker. I asked was it a matter of them just not wanting to? She sends the person on the grill out to force me off the speaker before they called the police. Keep in mind Noone is behind me and im looking for an answer. When a car pulls behind me I pull to the window. Again,no manager, she sends some little boy over with an attitude worse than hers. I ask for the number to corporate, he asks her and she says "Google it!" I laugh, pull forward and tried to get pictures because he kept slamming the window in my face. Worse interaction ever at a fast food restaurant! I went to the highway 79 location got my meal with no problem at all! I called the corporate hotline still waiting on a call back. Will definitely provide an update because this location is awful.The team is only good as management and the management was awful, rude, and nasty. They should not be the face of a family...
Read moreWhoever the district manager is over this location needs to re-evaluate their staff and the quality of the store in general. I don't leave reviews on places, ever. And am also a manager of a fast food restaurant myself who door dashes on the side. There is NO excuse for the lack of customer service, lack of menu items available and lack of cleanliness in general that I experienced today. I was there to pick up an order for door dash and nobody even acknowledged me for 15 minutes until I basically had to yell for attention. They handed me a 4 piece chicken meal with no sauce, no drink and no milkshake that was on the order that the customer already paid for. Proceeded to tell me they were out of every sauce, had a broken shake machine, and had no pies. A man came to the counter to ask for ketchup in which they replied they had none while I was staring at ketchup packets behind the counter. If I ever walked into my store looking the way it did with a full staff behind the counter treating customers the way these employees were, I would send them home immediately and look for new staff. if you are going to be affiliated with Doordash, you should probably make sure your truck orders are accurate enough to be able to provide the product that customers are ordering so they don't pay for that product and never receive it. If it's not an inventory issue then it's just your staff being lazy, which should also be addressed. I will never accept another door dash from this location because it only affects my rates negatively and i would advise other dashers to steer clear as well. Do so...
Read moreI pulled up to the drive thru to order fried chicken for my wife and I. When ordering the lady, Brittney, cut me off mid order to tell me to drive around. When I tried to finish my order again, she yelled at me to pull around. I replied, I’m not finished ordering. She sighed incredibly loud into the mic and that’s when a very nice gentleman finished my order. He did all the right things that a customer service representative is supposed to do. He repeated the order back for accuracy and was polite. When I pulled around to the window, there was a car sitting in the middle of the drive thru blocking the way to the window. Usually cars await their order pulled to the front area near the porch. So after waiting maybe a minute or two for the car in front to pull forward, I went ahead and pulled around him to approach the window. Brittany greeted me at drive thru window by accusing me of skipping. When I tried to explain, she cut me off. I asked her if I had done something to offend her. She didn’t really have a response except to continue to be demeaning and condescending. I told her that she was rude. I asked her if she had ever worked in customer service and she stated that she had been doing this for 20 years. I was absolutely appalled. I paid for my food. I waited in the correct area near the porch for my food and I asked her what her name was as she is the lady that also brought me my food. I am shocked at how I was treated at this location.
