Absolutly HORRIBLE!!! Completely unorganized! Husband and I walk in, there is a lady being helped at the register. We are standing in line and the lady (only one working register) starts asking if she can help us. There was no room to move up because original lady is still standing at the register and the displays they have make it almost impossible to get around. So I smile at the lady working so she knew we heard her. Apparently she was not even finished helping the woman in front of her, as the woman is still standing there speaking. Again employee asks if she can help us and keeps motioning for us to move up. Still, no where to walk without pushing first customer out of the way. Finally, I squeeze myself up, first customer is STILL ORDERING!!! How is one woman using ONE register going to help 2 customers at the same time! So we wait. Like we could have done comfortably from where we were in line BEHIND customer #1!! Now we get to ordering, 1 large regular coffee cream and sugar, 2 egg and cheese English muffins and a medium Carmel iced latte with whipped cream. Not hard right! Let's start with the hot coffee. It was decaf, not regular, the amount of sugar was ridiculous and could possibly give you diabetes! Amount of cream was not much better! Next, iced latte... First the kid making it had no clue what a latte is. That is not a problem, it is understandable everyone has to have a first day (I don't in fact know when this boy started but I'm giving him some slack because he looked clueless). They try to hand an iced coffee to me. I said, I'm sorry I ordered an iced latte with whipped cream, that is iced coffee without whipped cream. (It was written on the cup iced latte Whip Cr) I get back a cup of ice with regular cream and whipped cream!! I swear there was no coffee in this cup! I don't want to send it back again so I take it. We grab our bag with the English muffins and leave. I took 2 sips of the "latte" and toss it! Disgusting!! Get to our destination, basically next door. Open the bag to eat, how can you mess up a toasted English muffin with egg and cheese right!! The muffins tasted like the soaked them in dirty water prior to attempting to toast them and slap cheese on them, no egg, just cheese!!! All I can say is I'm glad this place isn't an area we frequent!!! Most likely we won't be in that area again and will def NEVER stop...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm writing this in hope that the owner sees this and makes some changes. I came to this location on a Wednesday around 10:30 in the morning. There were four cars ahead of me and I was in the drive-thru for 35 minutes. Once I pulled up and paid, I sat for about 10 more of those minutes awkwardly in front of the window. While I only saw three employees, maybe there were more, rushing around like crazy. They were all in a terrible stressed out mood which i don't blame them. After the 10 minutes one of the employees poked her head out the window and said what are you still waiting for and I said the breakfast sandwich and hash browns. She turned and it was sitting right there on the counter the whole time she was clearly frustrated and handed it to me. I pulled away and I only had two little hash brown circles in my bag. After that long wait it was not even worth going backwards. The coffee was hot and the food was fresh but they are clearly very understaffed and struggling. Update. I just went again to give them another chance. This time my order was fine and there was only one car in front of me in the drive-thru and it's still took at least 15 minutes. I'm not sure what was going on with the car in front of me but the girl came to the window multiple times to ask or say something to the driver. Finally, the driver in front of me hands over her debit card and the employee drops it between the window and the car. The driver tries to open her door to get it out and can't open the door enough so the passenger gets out and squeezes between to pick it up off the ground. I'm not even surprised...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLook at the reviews. It's clear management here gave up caring a long time ago. Why even advertise products you never have on the shelves?
Appearance/Cleanliness: 3/5. Whenever I enter, there are food crumbs all over the flood or on the tables. Icing and powdered sugar being tromped and stomped around behind the counter by staff (how do they not have roach problems?).
Service: 1/5. Well it will take you 15 minutes to get noticed because they are either kept understaffed or there is just no real rush or management to serving people inside opposed to serving those in the drive-thru. Dark Roast coffee? No. Oreo or Chips Ahoy donuts. No. Barvarian cream? Boston cream? Creme filled? Jelly? Anything? No. It seems very unintelligent to keep donut making to a minimum so that barely any are around to serve your customers aside from the plain, glazed donuts baked and frozen two months ago, taken straight out of the freezer. Brain dead staff? Yes. Manager that just doesn't care anymore? Hell Yes!
Food: 2/5. Would you like cheap, frozen donuts never made fresh? Well there is a Walmart down the road and a Harris Teeter. They keep them in the freezer you see and take them out because their shelf life is somewhere around 5 - 6 months. This is what you'll be getting at this establishment, at double the price. Ice Cream cakes severely over priced, and taste freezer dried out. What's that mean? Put a piece of cake in your freezer for a week without wrapping/sealing it. Take it out and eat it. That's what your "ice cream cake" will taste like. But you'll pay 26 - 30 bucks for it...
