Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Fuquay-Varina

Store looked dirty. When I walked in a party of 3 was getting their ice cream. I waited at least 5 min when a woman walked in and was served immediately ahead of me. After that, two more customers came in after me. The young woman behind the counter took my order and the order of the other two customers behind me. She then disappeared for close to 10 min, came back and gave the party who ordered after me their food. She then proceeded to prepare my order and at the same time prepared the order of the other customer who also ordered after me. When I finally got my order I told the young woman that I have been here at least 10 min and two people who walked in and ordered after me got their order before me. She then told me that I was only there 8 minutes (not counting the 5+ minutes I waited when I first got there where she served the woman who cut the line). I told her it didn't make a difference as she served the others who came in after me first. She then said to me that "yes it did make a difference". Terrible customer service and the ice cream toping tasted old to boot. Would have given zero stars but that was not an option.

We frequent this DQ often, & have never had issues. Today we went in & my daughter & I stood there for 10 minutes. A woman that appeared to be a manager & 3 male employees all saw us, looked at us, turned & all went back to sweeping the floor or taking care of the drive thru. The drive was steady but not super busy as it has been on other days. No one even acknowledged us by even saying we will be right with you or anything. Sadly it was our school's Spirit Night event as well. Hoping the other families have a better experience. Tried to "share our experience" on the DQ website without posting here but the DQ site wouldn't allow me to. Truly hoping this was a fluke as we used to really enjoy visiting this location & we feel bad that we couldn't participate in helping our school...

While the Blizzard was exceptional, they have an employee who is a thief. Stopped here on the way to the beach and the cashier did not hand me my card back. I noticed once I arrived at the beach and called to confirm they had in possession but no one answered. So, i figured I would stop on the way back to pick it up, 3 days later. Someone decided to take it before I got back. This wonderful person racked up $6200 + on my card all within the area (mostly shoes and clothes) and even tried to pay off their personal cell phone bill (not smart). Atleast be a smarter thief or get whats important. Sorry, i would have had no problem payinig for groceries or fam needs if you needed money that bad but, 600 dollars on shoes?! Hope it...
