Bojangles — Restaurant in Fuquay-Varina

RAW CHICKEN 😡😷 We had the worst experience ever 1st off the lady who was going to take our order was standing behind the menu on her phone and didn't even greet us once someone made her aware there were cars waiting to order (we went thru drive thru) we ordered the tailgate special to take to my husband and his crew who were at work. When we got to his job I served everyone and they started eating only to find out the chicken was still raw inside 😳 I know right. So I took it back and waited inside in the line for over 5 mins and politely asked to speak to a manager when it was my turn, she greated me with "yes" I said mam my chicken is not done, her response was "thats impossible its on a timer" 😒 I was kind of dumb founded no apology or anything just her calling me a lier in front of everyone else who was in there 😕 I told her mam you can look at the chicken I am certain its not done because its bloody inside, she tore the chicken apart and said lol wait for it "thats how it should look" 😂 yeah I know blew my mind. Anyways I took a picture because I kinda thought they would deny it 💁 the main problem was not even one I am sorry.... The only thing I got was "well do you want your money back or more chicken, but its gonna be the same way" yeah so I am sure you know what I did at this point ✌ and yes we have since ate bojangles (differnt location lol) and guess what the chicken looked no where...

I went in and placed my order. I was asked about sides. so I ordered sides. Wasn't to thrilled with the price for my hunger and canceled the sides. One employe wants to look at me and say he must not can't afford and starts smiling and laughing. The manager on duty seemed disgusted to do her job to come up front and cancel the order by the huffing and puffing that came with the attitude. First and foremost let me say this will be my very last trip to this establishment. Secondly as a small business owner let me state I'm very capable of punching the food I ordered. Sorry your up sale was not what I was willing to pay at this moment. To have an employee make comments about not being able to afford it and laugh is just purely disgusting. What if I was a less fortunate person who couldn't afford it. That would be degrading and embarrassing to that person. Her attitude is purely disgusting. which I take it is acceptable in your establishment from the chain of command. Finally I will be sure to not visit your company again and EVERY patron that steps foot into my business will NEVER get a recommendation to visit this location.

It's fast food, folks. Quit expecting so much.

Appearance/Cleanliness: 3/5. They try their best to maintain it. Hard to do however when all of your staff is in the back of the restaurant or outside. Bathroom had no soap or paper towels at 6am in the morning. I can't imagine how many staff potentially went back there and used the restroom without washing their hands upon return.

Food: 4/5. Don't come here expecting 5 star rated food. It's packed however, EVERY MORNING. If people didn't like the quality, they wouldn't come back. I love the sausage biscuits and the Cajun filet biscuits. They also have the best fried chicken in town.

Service: 4/5. They're working with what they can and they're moving fast. A lot of times they mess up their orders though and I wish it was noticed (and addressed by customers more often) so that it might stop. The back is PACKED and everyone is bumping into each other. They need better management taking place as a lot of people are standing around looking at their phones or doing small mediocre tasks to...
