Today I ordered my usual. The girl who took my order was highly distracted and I was not confident it was going to be correct. I gave her my name twice and she had it wrong when I got there. Also, I had to repeat the order three times. She repeated back and said it would be 15-20 minutes. I had limited time - literally 10 minutes. I get there - 30 minutes after I called in the order- giving them time to have ready- and she informed that that the kitchen is on hold and it would be 30-45 minutes. I told her my time was limited because I had course I was taking at work literally 10 minutes to get back and this was unacceptable. She apologizes. I leave and everywhere is backed up for lunch. I decided to head back for my course and to call to complain to the MIA manager. I call and the call drops, I call back and she hangs up on me when she asks why I am calling and I told her I was calling to complain to the manager. I call back a third time and she tells me the food is ready 10 minutes later so I go back and three orders on the counter. She go tells the crowd in the lobby that they cannot help them and they leave. Then she doesn’t come to check us out but goes back to the kitchen and never comes back. I go to a waitress and she makes excuses for the girl and I asked for the manager. She said she would go get him but she doesn’t and I have to leave to get back to my coursework without lunch. I was in tears. I wasn’t able to get lunch. Very very disappointed in the service and I will never return. Read moreSo, I ordered online with their app for delivery. I ordered wings and their sampler appetizer. My order arrived 1 hour after the expected delivery time. The food was cold, nachos cold and soggy, just a complete horrible experience for $70 worth of food. So, I call the restaurant the woman that answered said it wasn’t their fault and there was nothing they could do, it was doordash’s fault. I contacted doordash and they said that it was handled through BWW’s app I needed to contact them. So, call them back and another woman said I needed to go to the doordash app and request a refund on the order even though I told her I used their app. So, went to doordash app and of course the order didn’t show up. Called back and ask to speak to the manager, he basically said it wasn’t his fault and he couldn’t do anything about it. So I called doordash, the called BWW and they said a refund would be issued. Six days later no refund, called doordash back, the conta,cited the restaurant, then the manager at the restaurant needed to verify my info so the doordash agent transferred me to them. It was the same manager from when I called 6 days ago acting as if he never spoke to me and claiming he would get to the bottom of it. He refunded my money but never offered an apology or any other resolution to make things better. Read moreHostess told us wait wouldnt be long. We waited 45 mins with no text so went in. The hostess had disappeared and no one came to the front for 15 minutes. Half of the store's tables were empty with over 6 groups waiting for a hostess. Waitresses just looked at us and said nothing. Finally the guy in charge of the mobile orders took over the hostess spot and asked us how many people. We explained we'd already talked to the hostess from before and said he wasn't sure where she had went. He looked around the store but wasn't moving to ask anyone where she went. Finally he walked away and came back and still said he couldn't find her. I asked if there was a manager he could talk to to let them know an employee had simply walked off and disappeared. He ignored my question and said he could maybe seat us in another hour. At this point 5 of the 6 groups had left because it was becoming clear there was no hostess to serve anyone. All the while there is over 8 empty tables over half of them look cleaned off. I understand that it may have been a busy night but I can't believe the entire staff watched customers come in and leave without a single hostess while we all very vocally within earshot of the waitresses said "where is the hostess" and "are they going to seat anyone?"
