Harbor Freight — Local services in Gadsden

Although I am not crazy about chicago brand tools because of their quality, I am pretty impressed with the staff there that are extremely knowledgable about their products and their functions and the honesty that comes with the explanations. I was helped by this young lady by the name of Sierra who was extremely helpful and very honest about some of the products I was deciding to buy. She helped me steer clear of the ones she thought were going to cause me problems, or that either had more than what I needed or not enough. She showed great interest in helping me as an individual and made me feel very important as a customer. And was quite keen on her hand tools and power tools. I recommend this store highly and will definately be back. Thanks again for the great prices and the wonderful help you...

Walking and looked for the product I needed found the area where it was located but the item wasnt there so I decided to ask for assistance. I ask the cashier who said I dont know I politely ask can you find out if ots out of stock. She looked and said we got 3 , I ask where they were located. She told me where I was looking. I started no ma'am I spent 20 minutes looking behind the boxes and all around. I ask could they be In the back? She said. I'll ask. After a couple minutes she said oh there on isle 1. I guess they have good prices, but their sales are misleading. Percentage off was taken off the compare to item price instead of their price of the item to be purchased. Employee greeting at the door handing out ads didnt seem to have a clue what the actual sale was either. Asked him about what was 93% off and was it already reduced or would it be taken at the register...he said uhhh i dont think anything is 93% off but the reduced stuff is all right there(pointing at the small area of tools.
