Has any one else experience the store management hanging up on you when you’re making a payment then asks the name of the person who you're giving your money too? Because that’s what happened to me I was making a payment for my daughter account and I asked what was her name so I can document for my records and she smartly said well this is management I told her I understand that but can i please have your name for my records and this lady hung up on me so i called back to make sure it wasn’t a mistake that she hung up on me so I asked her and she didn’t even give a reason as to why she hung up on me so I found out that the lady name was Anna and am assuming she’s new or something but this lady was really rude and nasty towards me after me making the payment she hangs up on me when I asked for further information on my personal card account of who I was giving my money too. I am not happy with Farmers customer services or the management they are very rude never will i be dealing with them...

She’s helped us with picking out exactly what we needed at the moment, helped us tailor our wants with our needs, and worked with us for the best and most convenient delivery dates. She made sure that we knew everything going on, every step of the process, and was, besides being so helpful, the sweetest person. We have used Farmer’s on three separate occasions so far, for three rooms of new furniture, and we plan on using them for all of our other rooms too. Read moreMy husband and I have bought 2 appliances from this locations, a refrigerator and stove. The refrigerator we've had for 2 years, no issue. We bought the stove around 6 to 8 months ago and it's been a nightmare. We've been unable to use it for over a month now due to a short that THEY WERE ALREADY AWARE OF in that model and yet did not make us aware of. We've played phone tag every week, and FINALLY 6 weeks after it initially went out (first it was just the oven, but now the stove top won't even work), I'm told the part that was supposed to be here weeks ago and yet didn't make it on the truck has arrived. AND I GET TO WAIT 4 MORE DAYS TO HAVE IT FIXED.
