Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Gadsden

I'm a frequent customer of Domino's, more frequent at our previous address since they delivered, also an ex-employee, NOT at this particular location. So, I'm well aware of the workings. That being said, a little while after we moved I found this particular store is the closest to us. Unfortunately, they don't deliver to our address. No big deal, we'll just do carry-out, only not as frequently because we'll have to retrieve it ourselves. The first order was not correct, edible just not the right toppings on the pizza & an extra topping in the pasta, even so, I didn't complain. Just took it as a simple mistake. Second order, kind of the same thing. This time however, when Domino's sent me an email asking for feedback on my experience so, I responded. It wasn't but maybe 20 minutes after I submitted my response, (probably less than 20 minutes just giving a rough estimate), that the manager personally called me to ask for further details! I was surprised! I'd had a regional manager, (I think that was his title 🤔), call me once before, but not a general manager. After I explained what had happened he apologized profusely then, put a credit on my account for the entire cost of the pizza, not just a "free pizza". A couple of weeks ago I was in a situation to where I had to order Domino's kind of regularly. Over the last two weeks I've ordered Domino's six times. And have been disappointed every time. Just for an example I ordered ranch tonight and got blue cheese. The buffalo chicken sandwiches comes with about six tiny chopped up pieces of chicken. now I know everybody was down during the pandemic but we're coming out of it now show some love give some meat on the pizzas they're nothing but cheese and bread. The Alfredo bowl yeah nothing but Alfredo no chicken. I've been eating Domino's for I don't know 25-30 years and love it. Not the Domino's in Attalla! From now on I will go without if I can't get to town but I will not call Domino's Pizza in Attalla again! Last week I cought up with the driver before he left me drive way and showed him my order it had no chicken on the chicken sandwich. On that occasion they did bring me another sandwich and I was satisfied thank you for that.

and again . I ordered after a time I called to check address an was told he suspended delivery . Took my money ...

This is the worst Domino's I have ever ordered from. First when I called they did not take my order down correctly. I had to repeat myself multiple times. Followed by the 1.5hr delivery time. When I was told 40 minutes. Then they deliver the wrong food to me. They also give me a receipt that does not belong to me so I now have someones address and phone number. So I call back and asked for my correct item and was told it would be here in 15 minutes. I waited 45 minutes and call back asking about my item in question. Get the Assistant Manager who tries to tell me that they do not have my item because they are out. Well they could of called me and told me or drove here and told me. He told me that he could not get ahold of me. At this point I am pretty much to my wits end. I ask for the manager and he hangs up on me. I really have never had bad customer service like this from any fast food place I have ordered from.
