Updated review!! Again had another rude encounter with the manager that was there on 3-10-21 @ 6:44p.m. I've had more than 10 bad/rude/hateful experience with this same manager!! I am 100% done going to this McDonald's location!! Even though I've had issues with this lady I still never mouthed off or rude towards her and she still was rude towards me!!! Tonight was the last straw and the reason this time was over my normal mocha!! I always order a small mocha frappe with shot of expresso and light whip cream but put it all in a medium cup!! The reason for ordering a small but in a medium cup is I get a shot of expresso and makes it all equal up to a medium size cup without having to be charged double the price!! What happened is I got a small cup handed to me even though I requested a medium!! I requested it to be remade and it was, "BUT" the MANAGER was being rude and only filled it up three quarters of the way!! I wouldn't have complained if it was fill maybe a tad from the top, but I knew she did that to me in spite bc she knows me and knows how I lik my mochas!!! I just wished someone above her would put her in her place and be as rude and hateful to her as she is to her CUSTOMERS and WORKERS!!! Back 7 months ago that same rude manager made a worker at the window very upset bc that manager was hollering and rude to me and after the manager walked away the young sweet lady kept apologizing bc she felt bad going ti get that Manger to fix something!! After the manager walked away the drive thur young sweet lady almost started crying bc of that manager at how she handled that situation and how she treated us customers!!! I'm just done with this location and will not be back unless they move her to another store!! It's sad it has to come ti this bc now I've got to drive 10mins. Out of my way to get food and to not have to deal with that rude Manger!!! I've got several other encounters but I can't type anymore do to being so upset and trying to keep my blood from boiling out if my body and calling over there and causing a scene!!! This used to be the good McDonald’s, now I avoid this location at all costs. I was in the area already so I ordered in the app and picked it up literally minutes after placing it. (I used to work there so I know they are made when the customer pulls in anyways.) lady said not a single word to us, just handed our drink to us and I was pulled up immediately, which is fine but to have mediocre food after just made me frustrated. My chicken sandwich was supposed to have light lettuce, there was EXTRA lettuce on it. 10pc nuggets were cold and one was squished like someone was playing with the food before putting it in the box. Triple cheeseburger only had 2 patties on it. It was all cold, even the fries. No napkins or sauce in the bag. I try not to complain because I work fast food myself, but it isn’t that hard to just do your job. Idk who the management team is at this one nowadays but they need to do a complete retraining of their staff. I didn’t even eat my food because it just looks disgusting. we came one night and it took them a solid 30 minutes to get my order out. they served people ahead and behind me. they completely took my order off the board and i was literally standing at the counter waiting, they completely ignored me. i took them my receipt, and the worker whipped up some subpar food (she simply sprinkled m&ms on top of the mcflurry). when i noticed i was missing a small fry and went to ask about it, she lazily glanced at the receipt and said “i only see a large fry, not a small one too”. she couldn’t even take the time to read that the small fry came with a 6 piece nugget meal, not on its own. she was so rude that i felt uncomfortable and didn’t feel as though i couldn’t defend my case. this woman appeared to be the manager, i’m simply distraught that some of this incompetence level running the store. this experience ruined my night because i was getting food for several young and hungry girls who had a long day and one of them left still hungry because she didn’t...
