WORST PLACE TO WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY...
I FEEL PITY FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS TODAY AS THEY WERE PAYING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY AND WERE BEING FOOLED BY GETTING SERVED COLD/WARM STALE brew Coffee.
After a long tiring drive every customer prefers to have Hot freshly brewed coffee
There are so many coffee brands in the country but STARBUCKS is a trusted brand.
Very disappointed... This outlet has 4 school teenagers.... they have no sense of Hospitality, courtesy, politeness.
I wasted my time. Ordered tall Pike place coffee.. Drive thru.. it was cold.. went back in again... No one at the counter to attend any customer. All 4 were busy in something... after long wait asked for replacement for a hot pike place coffee... again a cold stale coffee was served...
Complained and returned the coffee and asked for replacement or refund.. Long wait and freshly brewed coffee was served.
I wasted 30 min for 1 cup of coffee... PATHETIC !!!! Impolite behavior no courtesy to apologise for inconvenience.

At the risk of sounding like a “Karen”, if it wasn’t an urgent matter, would it not have made more sense to wait until the new second location opened before closing this one for over a month? I’m a member and I have the app, and I’m not able to use my rewards or take advantage of deals/perks because my location is closed and the next closest location to me is over a 30 minute drive. I’ve been going to the local coffee shop Zackarys since that’s the only coffee shop available here and I highly recommend. I totally get the world does not evolve around me, and there are far more important things than a cup of Starbucks coffee. However, this has been an inconvenience and it would be nice if you would keep your customers in the loop. Or at least offer them a grace period on the perks and rewards that they are not able to take advantage of during this time. I just feel like your customers...
Read moreI’ve been ordering Carmel frapps with toffee nut for years extra thick but they didn’t have any toffee nut (cashier said it was a world wide shortage) nor did they have hazelnut. I ended up getting two reg caramel frappe one with a shot of espresso. Thought it was weird because they both looked like vanilla frapps they were white. There was no Carmel drizzle (she said they were out). She said it was because of the extra ice. She agreed to remake them (she was very nice) but the second time it was the same way so I asked for a refund. The manager offered to remake them but this time I ordered mocha instead and one with a shot. They came back alright but the one without the shot just tastes like chocolate syrup and milk 😩. I thanked him and just took them. This was our cheat day it was supposed to be awesome but it was a waste of a cheat. Btw everyone was very polite even though I know I was probably driving...
