I had the pleasure of dining at Applebees recently, and it was truly a remarkable experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting and the staff were welcoming. However, what made this visit truly exceptional was our server, Hannah.
Hannah's exceptional service elevated our dining experience to a whole new level. She was not only attentive but also extremely knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot on, and she accommodated our dietary preferences with grace and ease.
The food at Applebees was outstanding. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, and the presentation was as beautiful as the taste. It's evident that the kitchen takes pride in their craft, and it shows in every bite.

Read moreMy online order was made through this location somehow it instead got sent to a different location so when I get there to pick up the food I’m told I don’t have a order we realize it went to a totally different location. I told the girl I still want my food. Can you remake the order and I will call and cancel the other location. She said sure no problem. I’ll put the order in right now. Still going to be 20 minute wait OK I have other things to do while I’m waiting so after she walks back inside, I leave to go pick up other food for my kids. I come back 20 minutes later to pick my food up for the second time and the employee tells me oh I’ve seen you leave the parking lot so I canceled your order like Call said to cancel my order. If I told you I wanted my order why would you cancel it because I leave the parking lot and no conversation that we had. Did you ever say you need to wait in this parking lot or I will cancel your order so now I am out of $30 why I wait a week to get a refund and I don’t get to eat dinner tonight, so thanks great job next time I would advise you don’t cancel a customers order unless they ask you to cancel...
Read moreWaitress was an inattentive 26 y/o who didn't take our order right. Kitchen staff served our order and our server didn't return until the meal was nearly finished. My order was missing the main side (which I was up charged for) so after I finished my small entree, I waved the server down to remove the extra charge for my up-charged side. She did just that and acted surprised when I questioned why I was being charged for the normal price of the sandwich+side menu item (around $16 total for a sandwich and no side seemed a little sus). She was then short with me, loudly stating "so you're asking for more money off the bill"... $3 removed from the bill didn't do enough to offset the poor service, wrong order, and mediocre food. To add insult to injury a manager walked to each surrounding table inquiring about their experience. I found it curious that he skipped our family. We stopped for lunch at Applebee's from out of town - expecting a family friendly, familiar experience and we didn't get that here.
