Starbucks — Restaurant in Gaines Charter Township

Ive been going ro Starbucks for years...and this is the VERY 1st time that i DID NOT get what i ordered. I always order the Salted Caramel Cold Brew with a few tweaks...so i do know what it looks and tastes like. Well today...i dont know what they gave me but it wasnt what i ordered. Even with added stuff i have always had to mix it myself (it always looks like the pic). NEVER have i had my cold brew already mixed up. Also the cold foam wasnt salted let alone xtra salted..hell it wasnt even foam! I was only 5mins away from the place when i placed my order so there should have still been a decent amount of foam. There was barely any foam and then it wasnt cold foam...it looked...different..very different. There was a lot of ice when there shouldnt have been barely any. And then the taste...was NOT the taste that i had before. There wasnt any coffee taste at all. It tasted like a watered down frappuccino. If i wasnt in such a rush...i would have went back and made them do it right! So needless to say that i WILL NOT be going back to that spot EVER again!!!🤬🤬🤬 Lesson Learned!!! Still love Starbucks hence the stars...just not that location!

I was going on a long drive from GRR to DFW, so I had to wake up early to go get my coffee. For years I have always order a Venti extra ice 4 shots of expresso and 2 pumps of white mocha with light half and half cream. I am pre-diabetes so I am very careful about limiting sweet intake. I went through drive thru at the store, said it loud and clear, and assumed my order would come out perfectly as always. I hit the road and took my first sip. My excitement went from the top of the hill to the bottom of the ocean. Holy cow, it unbelievably sweet. I looked at the sticker on the cup, it said "double iced doppio expres, 4 pumps of white mocha". Too bad, I was already on the road otherwise I would have come back to have them remake my coffee. I ended up stopping by a Pilot station to get a large coffee without any sugar. Just a reminder, a coffee can be made wrong, a small mistake could ended up making...

My first time ever going to this location and I got treated very poorly. I've never been to a Starbucks with a drive thru and this location was able to talk to you through an advertisement screen compared to a microphone like fast food places. So, with that I had a confused look on my face. Somehow this translated to me flicking off the barista. When she was handing me my drinks she said with a sweet attitude "Next time you want to flick me off just know that I can see you through the screen." She definitely doesn't have to worry about that since I was only in that area because I was attending a memorial service of a family member. I literally go to Starbucks everyday and I'm very glad that I don't ever have to go here again. However, I'm very sorry for whoever has to put up with her. She should find a different job if she hates it so much or get her...
