By far the worst Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been to. 3/5 times they give you no sauce. Usually you’ll wait 10-15ish minutes for your food, but there’s about a 1/4 chance that you’ll wait 45 minutes and they’ll still mess up your order somehow. If you order a sandwich it’s a 50/50 whether or not you’ll get pickles. If you order a salad that comes with toppings in a bag on the side you will literally never receive them. They also don’t ever want to check to make sure your order is being made even if you tell them you’ve been waiting 40 minutes. They just assume the system they’re running is so infallible that no mistakes could ever be made. I’m a sophomore and I’ve had to wait 30+ minutes for my food at least 5 times, even having to cancel my order and get a refund after about 70 minutes one time because they wouldn’t make a new order slip. they just figured that it would turn up somewhere and that it hadn’t been lost, even though about 100 people had come and gotten their food in the time we were waiting. All I see when ordering is them looking off & not listening to what I’m saying and then want me to repeat it! I also see a lot of eye rolling as if they are irritated to even be at work! I wish I could record their facial expressions when they are taking orders! Today we were there and literally they were out of almost everything! They only had nuggets and the chicken sandwich available! They were out of tomatoes, bacon, cheese, milkshakes and said the Pepsi was flat when that’s what I wanted to drink! The staff is genuinely unenthusiastic, lack any sense of urgency, resulting in long wait times and poor customer service. Add to it the introduction and reliance on kiosks to place orders adds to a less than stellar experience as selection focus on meals rather than individual items. This in stark contrast to the excellent customer service that had come to be expected under previous ownership/management.
It should be noted, that all Google reviews prior to 06/2022 are a reflection of previous ownership/management and should be considered obsolete.
