Great food, but worst customer service ever from employee Woody. Continually rude to me ever single week and refrained from writing this review because I do understand that people have bad days. However, today was the worst customer service I received from him, let alone anyone. Never had anyone this rude to me. Id be more than happy to discuss it with management, but dont plan on going back to Panda if he remains there. Came in Friday. A manger was severing me. She Had on a blue shirt. She picked her nose and her mask was not over her nose. I had to wait an hour to pick-up my food even thought I order online and it was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. Really bad service. They guy excused himself saying that the order doesn’t show up in their screen, but that’s not my problem.
