Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Gaithersburg

I just had the worst experience with Jimmy Johns. Last week I ordered delivery from them and received my meal within 10 minutes . Today I placed an order they confirmed my address proceeded to take my order for delivery someone called me back 15 minutes later to tell me that I am out of their delivery area which is absurd because according to google I'm 1.3 miles away. I indicted to the manager that I was in their delivery area last week because they delivered to me without a problem... So I asked for the owners name and number (Matthew Wamplear) I called him to no avail..this man has no business owning anything. I explained my situation and his first words to me were "yeah unfortunately.. So I interrupted him at that point knowing that he knows nothing about customer service, he was obviously not willing to rectify the situation so there was no need to continue.. I did tell him that he needs to take the delivery indicator off of his website because it is clearly false advertisement, If me being 1.3 miles from them is out of their delivery area than it's ridiculous to say you deliver.. You would think by talking to the OWNER he would make an exception this one time since they had already delivered to me once before.. 12:40 Thursday 1-29-2025 First Timer and had a great experience. Went there for lunch with my daughter. Parking spaces not bad and just be careful with people running stop signs and delivery trucks trying to drive through. Other than that atmosphere was great we got greeted and gave us few minutes to check out menu. Menu has plenty of good choices to pick from. We ended up getting box lunch combos which comes with 8" sandwich, chips, cookie, and soda. We got the Spicy East Coast Italian and the Chicken Ceasar wrap. Bbq chips and Jalepeño chips with oatmeal raisin cookie and triple chocolate cookie. Fresh ingredients for sure and sandwich is big. The box also comes with packet of mayonnaise, mustard, and a big slice of pickle. Food was very good and delicious definitely got me full. Just sorry didn't get 2 workers names both were friendly and very welcoming. Got busy and both held it down very well. Great atmosphere, attitude, clean, food what more can I ask for. Freaky Fast Fresh Food - Delivered Ordered Online - 20 minutes later at my door. Order was perfect! The only way to get better than this (delivered) is to go buy the ingredients and make it your self. Minus 1 Star for Oscar Mayer class meat (not having the most Premium Deli/Cold-Cuts eg Boars Head or even Dietz & Watson).

April 2016 Update: Demoted down to 2 Stars, someone there can not get the orders correct. The last four tines we ordered they have delivered the wrong food twice. So we stopped ordering over the web and called in the order for "Pick Up" and we have carried out the wrong food twice.
