I would NOT recommend this establishment to anyone. There is no kindness or sense of hospitality in this place. The owner is absolutely disrespectful, hostile, and rude. Which is oddly hilarious considering she has a NOTICE sign up saying rude guests will not be served.
I think she has that sign up because she knows she has a personal problem.
My 4 coworkers and I went here today (November 17th) to try the popcorn chicken for the first time. We went in 12pm on the dot when they opened. We didnāt see anyone when we walked in & no one greeted us. We placed the order on the tablet and sat down. We patiently waited for about 25 minutes before the owner came out for the first time and let one of my coworker and I know that there is no more popcorn chicken available and that she is prioritizing an online order because itās a returning customer. This is obviously a bummer to hear after wasting half of my lunch break. Itās actually absurd because how does one even run out of a popular item like that?
She asked me if I wanted something else or if I want a refund and I said āmaybe. Or maybe I want the wings but I need a minute to thinkā because at this point, we were pushing our lunch time and she was still making other orders. She went missing for about 10 minutes after this interaction and decided to make the wings while I decided I want a refund. I already placed a pick up order elsewhere.
When she finally came out, I told her I would like a refund and she went into full rage, aggressive and rude mode. She even tried to gaslight me and tell me Iām being rude when I had 5 witnesses who can say otherwise.
Essentially she refused to give a refund and told me to āget outā after her raising her voice at me. She is insane. Nothing about her radiated a sweet small business woman. She was huffing and puffing make all of our orders.
This was such an insane interaction that I had to write a review. She doesnāt care about her customers or her business. Itās obvious in the way she handles the situations...

So a group of our coworkers went to this restaurant for the first time. As we walked in the lady didnāt greet, help or explained anything to us. Anyways we read her signs up and ordered through the kiosk. They open at 12pm, 25 mins of waiting she lets us know they ran out of popcorn chicken (most popular item). That was very insane but anyways we had to wait more because she had to cook something else for my other coworkers. We ended up spending 1 hr in that place and it was only 5 of us there. She said she had 4 online orders as well but how can you run out of your most popular item it less then 30 mins of opening?? Anyways she offered wings but one of my coworkerās was unsure of what she wanted so she told her she would think about it, the lady assumed she wanted wings and cooked it for her. Because she cooked the wings she denied my coworker a refund. Obviously my coworker was upset and confronted her but the lady was so hostile and aggressiveš” and gas lights people, she kept saying no I canāt give you a refund ātake it or trash it I donāt care but no refundā¦.get out get outā. She didnāt apologize for not letting us know that they ran out of chicken or trying to be nice about it, maybe giving a discount or a free bubble tea, it was our first time and last time. It was so crazy to see a owner treat her customers that way especially because it was their fault for not being prepared for serving whatās on their menu. If she comments on my review you will see how defensive she gets. I think she was having a bad day. Idk nor do I care but I would never come back, plus I wasted...

The teas and bubble teas are fresh and tasty. 2 stars because although the service is always slow with food, my coworkers and I had a terrible experience with our group order today. We either use a delivery service or call it in for pickup because food takes anywhere from 15mins (one item) to 60+mins (more than 3 items). Today our phone order was taken by someone we realized we've not seen before when we came in. She didn't know the menu and told my coworker they don't sell an item he's had many times before (I told him that was the sign to ask for someone else but he told us after he got off the phone). The rest of the items we ordered weren't to our request (ice and sugar). Instead of fixing the order she offered to make a 4th drink (we ordered 3 and 2 were definitely wrong). Low and behold after they started making the 4th drink she told him he had to pay for that too. Oh and it was wrong too... Definitely a language barrier with that employee. Another employee who we've seen before chose nit to get involved which was disappointing. She rudely told my coworker she's just making what the other employee put it and he'd need to talk to her. That's how the 3 of us ended up with a 4th drink we didn't need, didn't expect to have to pay for, and still was wrong. I guess we need to go back to our old place which is further away but has never treated us like...
