Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Galesburg

The worse service & experience I've ever had at this Domino's. Not only was the order slow being prepared, it took an extended amount of time to come to the window. while waiting for my change and order, a second employee came to the window to ask my Name. (Apparently no one knows what they are doing.) After getting my order, I ask How I was supposed to leave now that I was blocked in by the Domino's drivers parked just in front of the pick-up window and the line of vehicles behind me. After expressing my dis-satisfaction and attempting to leave, another employee approached and opened the window and loudly said "Have A Nice Day !" I don't know if this was the Manager, or if the Manager was even there, but either way the weren't doing their job. It will be a LONG TIME before I return to this business. Busy is not their strong point. Placed an order here on a Friday night at 5pm. I arrived and was unable to turn off the street into the pick up line. After 15 minutes the same vehicle was still at the pick up window and the line had not moved. There was traffic backed up on Henderson Street and there was almost a couple of accidents. I was finally able to make it in the lot to pick up my order but had to go inside. There was a line inside and one employee was doing his best to get offers for everyone. All of the other employees were just in zombie mode and ignoring customers and orders and just ventral getting in each other's way. The food was good when I got it and it was hot and fresh. They did unfortunately forget the dipping sauces that I ordered. Food was great, service not so much. I will go elsewhere if it is a high...

Ordered pizza, told it would be 15-20 minutes, takes about 30 minutes get there, told to pull back around, mind you. Their drive through is literally less than 2 car lengths long, and then you’re in the road, so I asked if I should just go in and wait, go around, both front doors are locked at 8pm? Phone ringing in the background the ENTIRE time and no one attempting to answer. The “manager”? I’m assuming? Was wearing sunglasses at the marketable.
