Dunkin' — Restaurant in Galesburg

I was so excited for Duncan to come to Galesburg and I was so happy to get to go there and get a coffee today. I wasn't really sure what to order because I haven't been there in a long time and while I was ordering, I was rushed and asked. Well interrupted, I was ordering and the guy on the intercom literally gave me like 2 seconds and was automatically ready to say are you ready? Are you ready and so I kind of panicked and ordered whatever and didn't really consider the fact that I didn't ask for flavoring I didn't ask. For Creamer, I didn't ask for sugar. I did get a coffee or a cold brew. Then it had Creamer in it and cold foam on top, very, very, very little cold foam and the coffee was bland bland it tasted like nothing but coffee and I wanted flavoring in it, you know, like when you go to Starbucks and you get like white chocolate mocha or whatever and so I went back. To replace my coffee and tell them what happened and I said you know, I just want French vanilla in there and the girl suggested ice coffee and I said no I want the cold brew but I just want you know, a Creamer like French vanilla or you know flavoring or whatever but I wanted to be A. First time ever trying Dunkin and it was great. What is not great is the fact that so many people are hating on this brand new establishment! I ordered a s’mores frozen coffee and it’s great! but take a look at the ingredients the employees have to memorize in the photo I added! Dunkin in galesburg opened a few days ago. Just because this establishment was planed out “Months or years ago” doesn’t mean the employees are magically going to know how to make the products. Give it a few weeks and lay some slack. the store was nice and clean, the staff took the order correctly and in a timely manner, the coffee I got was really good 👌, but the food items we got were not it. My bagel was burnt but yet the bacon wasn’t cooked all the way, my husbands chorizo and egg wrap had so much liquid in it that the wrap fell apart before he even got to eat it. The food took a fat minute to be cooked so I’m not sure why they were made so poorly.
