Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Galesburg

I didn't go inside. I went through the drive thru, and bought one of their energy drinks. It wasn't called an infusion. Anyway, I tried to by something comparable to Dame Fine Coffee's Lotus drinks. For one, it was Way over priced. I paid $4.75, and That was half price for a medium. Two, I can get a medium lotus drink at Dame Fine Coffee for $6.25, and it tastes much much better. Also, they have a lot more flavors to choose from. Three If I'm going to pay almost $10 (regular price) for a drink, it better be awesome. It was not. It was very watery, and lacked flavor. I could do without the tea in it, as tea and I don't get along. Four I know Scooters is new to Galesburg. I hope in time they try more flavors, get creative with them, and make better tasting energy drinks. In time, I will come back and give it a try. Like I said though, for those prices, I better be drinking the best...

No inside dinning. Very fast service when even with others in line. So far, I've made about 5 trips. I've had the cappuccino Blender, which is similar to a plain Frio from other establishments in town. A coffee Blender, similar to a coffee Frappuccino from the Star place, a strawberry Vertigo smoothie & 2 hot drip coffee's. Prices are high in my opinion a large Blender is 7.26 after tax - review date 8-10-23. Large Coffee is 3.63. 4 star rating is due to prices. I had a mini sprinkle sugar cookie, which was delicious. Yesterday was my mom's first time going. She was having a really rough day because I recently lost my dog to a hit and run. I have been so hurt and I guess they saw the hurt in her eyes. The lady at the window had a small conversation. At this point I was so upset because I thought how can people be so cruel and are there still good people. The answer is yes!
