This place has an absolutely wonderful staff. We took our six-year-old to this location last Saturday during their fairly busy lunch time. After we placed our order, he happened to notice a display with the different toys included in the kid's meals. He politely went back up to the counter and asked if it was possible for him to get a specific toy. Without a beat, they confirmed which one he wanted and started looking through their toy container for the one he asked for. When they found it and placed it on our tray my son beamed with excitement and thanked them for finding it. Already impressed, and certainly not expecting anything more, who I assume was a shift manager and another employee came out to ask us how everything was and each brought an additional toy for our son. This was all right after a softball team had just finished ordering, wrapping up an undoubtedly busy lunch shift. On top of this, the food was great and the facilities were very clean and well kept. Read moreI should add that this place is normally good but today was just ridiculous. I ordered on the app because I was in a hurry. I got behind a person who not only spent time chatting with the cashier but then appeared to place a second order at the window. By the time they got done there were at least 3 cars behind me in line (it was going around the corner so there could have been more. Then when I get to the window they are out of part of my online order. I’m annoyed but it happens so I decide to cancel my order and get my money back. Well, they tell me they can’t do it. I have to do it through the app. I try but it won’t let me since it has already been processed. I then talk to another person and they repeat they can’t even do anything. They tell me I can get the rest of my order but they don’t even offer me a refund on the missing part (I can only order something I don’t want to replace it). I still decide to cancel and go and call the contact number on the app to get my refund and to make everything better they are closed on weekends and you can’t even leave a message. Unfortunately when I went through the drive through tonight it was not the case. We got a chicken sandwich that was not cooked all the way. Then I go back in to get something else and the girl at the counter was absolutely disrespectful. the manager was decent and got her staff to make a new sandwich. As I am waiting the girl that originally asked what my problem was then tried to correct herself because that is not how you talk to customers. had asked if I wanted a free frosty and i simply said no. She then had smart comments and turned to talk badly to other worker about me. I was standing a good distance from the counter and I could still hear her.
