Domino's at 420 Maple Street in Gallatin, TN is the best Domino's I've ever encountered. The best part of it is its management. Through the six years I've been ordering from this restaurant, the management has gone far out of its way to ensure I get the correct order, properly cooked and delivered in a timely manner.
I'm not going to say they've never messed up an order. I've ordered quite a lot from them throughout the years and if ever there was a problem, the management always made it right. Whether by rushing another order to me, voiding my payment, giving me a credit for the amount, comping my next order or giving me a $20-$40 credit for future orders, they always make it right. Of course, I want them to get it right the first time, and they almost always do, but if there is a problem, the management takes immediate responsibility and makes it right. More than one manager has given me his or her personal cell phone number with the invitation to call any time I needed them.
This Domino's has the usual heavy turnover that any pizza delivery services has, but this restaurant's turnover seems to mainly be the inside staff. The drivers have become so familiar to us now that even our dogs recognize them! Some of the drivers have been delivering to us now for years.
Lastly, when I used to eat their pasta I always wanted it made a special way. The staff of this Domino's went to great lengths to ensure they made that pasta dish the way I wanted it –a way that wasn't on the menu.
I can't say enough about this Domino's. Now I eat only their delicious salads and in six weeks I've lost 23 pounds eating their apple pecan salad for dinner and lunch. I don't like their dressing, so I use my own Ken's Fat-Free Raspberry Pecan dressing on my salads and they are delicious!
Others may have had problems with this restaurant, but if you are nice to them and try to work with them to fix the problem, these folks are the best. I highly recommend this Domino's. Oh, and the pizza...
Read moreOnly this time so far had we had a mistake. The people are typically very friendly, however when one pizza was made incorrectly for a delivery, I was basically being told I was wrong and that the pizza was made right when it wasn’t. I wouldn’t have called if there wasn’t a mistake. And the mistake isn’t the reason I’m dissatisfied. The worker named Felicity was rude, and she lied about carry out time — maybe to have it where I would come after her shift ended. I was told by her that the delivery back for a remake would be 45 minutes. Then I said I would come and pick it up as a carry out and she said that would be 45 minutes as well.
I got to the location earlier, however, because I didn’t feel like it would take that long. As I arrived, a nice gentleman came out and greeted me at the car, though sadly I didn’t catch his name. I asked him first and foremost what the carry out time was and he said at most 25 minutes, so she lied, which is incredibly frustrating. The new pizza had finished as soon as I had arrived — and I arrived 20 minutes earlier than she told me. So if I would have come at the actual “quoted” time, it wouldn’t have been as fresh as it should have been.
I was disappointed only because of Felicity’s service and the fact that she lied and was condescending. I used to be a manager at a pizza place for four years, so I know her way of “handling” things was not correct. I hope this gets remedied. Everyone else was great though. Thank you for eventually getting the remake...
Read moreAnthony is a terrible general manager. I walked into the store. They have over eight employees working on a shift. The individual working at the front desk told me that she could not take my order at the desk due to me asking her to apply my coupon. I went out to my vehicle place my order my order was processed for $32.32 after I go in there to confirm that it’s been placed. I see it on the screen behind them and the lady tells me yes they are making my order. I come back 15 minutes later they say I canceled my order. I am showing them on my end that it has not been canceled and I also showed them as well that it taken it out my bank account. After speaking with Anthony and me being out at $32, there was nothing done and he pretty much said that’s between me and my bank. I showed him the transaction for Gallatin dominoes and he still sent me on my way. His best answer instead of him being the general manager was to take it up with my bank( which i did and they confirmed it was taken out ). It has nothing to do with him. Anthony needs to be fired or he needs to be demoted. Terrible manager does not need to be the face of anybody’s business, very non chalant attitude, very stuck up (which makes no sense for you being a store manager). BEWARE OF THIS STORE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME (I am also a regular at this store, and have spent a lot of money...
