The man who was there today October 1st got very beside himself with my boyfriend who was trying to redeem his $10 OFF coupon. The point system I guess doesn't apply anymore and while trying to buy an item for $10 (which would make it free) we were still willing to pay tax on the item. However his system kept charging $5 more although we asked if he was sure it was $10. He started to yell at my boyfriend when simply just asking how that is. He then turned his screen to show us that he has selected the $5 coupon instead of the $10 one which we.kept repeatedly mentioning.
