I had a terrible experience at this shop! I took my brand new Motorola there for a cracked screen only, which I was told it would take a few hours but it ended up being over a month they had it. Not only that I got my phone back without the speakers working, the SIM card tray was actually glued in the slot and they denied doing it, which is b s., and the back of the phone which had to be replaced didn't even match the phone model and was poorly cut with scissors to fit around the cameras. DO NOT take your iPad here!!!!!!!! They destroyed a $1000 iPad. Nothing but excuses. He knows when he damaged the iPad. A reputable repair shop would have told me something was not right and they were going to send it out to someone with more knowledge at their expense. Did they offer to do this ,NO they did not. Blamed everyone else. Took my iPad to a reputable repair shop only to find out it was destroyed beyond repair after he claimed the part to be repaired had to be soldered. i brought in a iphone 8 plus to have the screen and the back camera glass replaced, when i got it back the camera glass was still cracked, and was uneven. a week after getting the phone back it feel from maybe 4 inches, and the screen popped out of the phone! after that the back camera and flash stopped working, completely. the screen continued to crack and no it has stopped sensing touch on half the screen. i will NEVER RECOMMEND OR BRING ANYONE OR ANYTHING TO THIS STORE AGAIN! if you need something fixed find somewhere else to do it, because this place...
