PrimoHoagies — Restaurant in Galloway Township

I'm not from this area but I was visiting the nearby bird sanctuary so I figured I'd give this location a shot. I used the app to place an order for pickup at around 1:24. I got there around 1:17 and when I went in I greeted the clerk and acknowledged that I was a few minutes early but thought I would stop in just in case the order was already finished. The clerk was so rude and was like well it's not so you'll have to wait then begin shaking his head like he couldn't believe how stupid or ignorant I was to be standing there. I could understand if I went in and was being demanding or rude but I had already said no worries, I just thought I would check. The female clerk who ultimately made my sandwich was very kind and she made an outstanding sandwich but I don't think I would go back because I would really rather not be spoken to like that. His attitude was unappreciated and would have been under any circumstances but especially because I was using my birthday coupon and just trying to...

Just got back into town after my 8 month long backpacking journey through out all of Europe, trying so many different foods from each and every country I walked across, but when I returned back to one of my favorite local sun shops, Primo Hoagies in Galloway, I was greeted by such a friendly and welcoming worker, who goes by the name of Kai, he helped me choose out a sandwich based off of toppings I enjoy, and made the sandwich in a very timely manner, it was simply amazing customer service and one of the best hoagies I’ve had in a long time, I would be more than happy to return any time for another one of those delicious Kai-made Primo Hoagies. I cant wait to return and try a new sandwich tomorrow. I don't get all the bad reviews I have seen of this Primos. I have been going to them since the opened and never once have I had a complaint with the quality of their food. The service can be sometimes lacking, but only because they usually only have two people or so running the entire store. Those who expected a greeting upon entering the place are posh idiots with no real concept of what this place really is. Also, don't order a tuna sub from a premium-Italian-meats-sub-shop... Great place to get dinner for the family for under 40 dollars. And for those that said the bread is "too hard"...its supposed to be that way...stop bashing a place for something that you have no...
