You can't beat Bagel Gourmet. Great bagel selection. Great price.

Parking is super simple. You can't see bagel gourmet from the road. It's around back to the left of Santori's. You should see the sign for it on the Risley Square board. Parking is super simple.

The store has a decent amount of seating. It does seem to get crowded on the weekends. There was a line out the door when I was there, so just keep in mind that you might have to wait a little longer than expected if you're going during peak hours. The line did move pretty fast, though.

They have a lot of varieties of bagels. They're all pretty big bagels. They're pretty cheap compared to other bagel shops, but they're still good quality. You can get bagel sandwiches, but they also have bunch of other items as well. They serve both lunch and breakfast foods, so they're not just a bagel shop. On top of that, they sell a great selection of baked goods including bags of bagels that are a day old at a discounted price.

I got a classic bagel with cream cheese. They toasted it well and didn't burn it. The cream cheese was good....

If you feel like waiting a half an hour for 3 bagels then this is the place for you. I walked in and there was no one in line. The place quickly got busy. I counted around 18 people that came in AFTER me. I walked in at 10:06 and left at 10:36. If I knew I had to wait a half hour for 3 egg and cheese bagels I would of walked right out. But I already paid. The staff were totally UNPROFESSIONAL. All three employees ran around the back counter clueless. One of the employees was serving everyone in line "I'm sorry we're really backed up right now" instead of getting the orders out. I was really frustrated when I saw a hand full of people that ordered AFTER me, leave before me. One customer told me he just wanted a bagel with cream cheese and he had to wait just as long as I did and he kept repeating "terrible". I DO NOT recommend this place. The food didn't even taste that good. I give it 1 star because I left with something I regretfully paid for. At least I got my food. Thank you Bagel Gourmet for your wonderful morning breakfast...

I have always had a good experience here and the breakfast sandwiches are fantastic but unfortunately had a terrible experience today. I planned on calling the order in and was put on hold which is fine. 5 minutes later i arrived at Bagel Gourmet and let the young girl there know it was me on hold. Instead of saying oh sorry for the wait she said, "what, was it 3 minutes?" Um no it was longer and the only reason she answered it then was because i told her so who knows how long it wouldve been. Ps i was fine being on hold but was not fine with that response.THEN...after my order was in and about 5-7 people came in and out with orders they placed there in the next 20 minutes i decided to ask if it was almost done. She asked what i ordered and then to my surprise it was already done and sitting there and she said "i dont know why no one called your name". Hm..pretty sure i know why. Ridiculous...which is what i said on my way out the door. Wont be...
