If i could give 0 stars!!! Gallup, NM location is ALWAYS horrible. I placed a mobile order at 7:44pm ,waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 mins before Joshua helped us. Pulled up to the window and waited another 7 mins before Joshua let me know my tenders were not put down. Patiently waited another 10 mins before i asked how much longer on my order Joshua stated a few more mins. Mind you customers who dined in arriving AFTER me had already gotten their orders. I was offered ONE free side for a ridiculous wait time on 8 PIECE TENDERS!! I did not want free food, i wanted what i paid for but tht obviously was too hard to do.Again asked Joshua what the hold up is, he continued to say they were short staffed and my tenders still were not put down!!! Why was my mobile order not a priority like other customers?! I asked who the manager was and why my tenders were still not cooking after 35 mins [820pm]. Joshua was defensive and wanted to argue when all i wanted was my order and an answer to why everyone else was receiving their order. Joshua stated that i should fill out an application instead of complaining. What kind of customer service is that! Mind you i am an employed citizen who doesn't need a 2nd job and there is absolutely no reason for nearly a one hour wait time! Not sure what short staff has to do with my tenders not being cooked. 830 i went inside and asked for the manager but Joshua and the cashier said he was busy cooking and again the 2 boys were argumentative and didn't want to get the manager named Donovan. Obviously he was not busy enough if he wasnt cooking my tenders. Donovan finally came out and He seemed annoyed and not helpful either. Asked what was taking so long but still no up front answer. We came at 7pm and there seemed to be a lot of people working (6) but they took awhile getting orders out and telling customers it would be 20+ minutes wait, plus they were out of almost everything. Our order came up and the large fries were half empty. I asked for it to be filled properly, the lady who helped me wasn't nice about it. We sat down and we were missing biscuits. I went back to the counter and the same lady todsed me a bag, no apologies and no "your welcome" we took out our biscuits and they were soggy, white and crushed. The first 3 were salvageable but I took the rest back. The picture attached is one of the better ones, the most cooked?(?) out of all of them. I asked for more napkins because I was only given 5 and the same lady gave me a huge stack! I knew she was tired of me but so was I. We just wanted to eat a delicious meal. At the end, the fries are definitely not fresh so they were cool to the touch and the apple pies I ordered were old and hard. Sweet tea was good though, but left...

I asked for a large cup of ice as my wife had s Snapple Apple she wanted to pour into it. The lady brings me a “ complementary water cup”, you know those tiny clear plastic cups that literally holds one cup of liquid? Yeah one of those. After she double charged me for a small side of gravy and it tasted like the smell of burnt ass hair, I said no a large soda cup filled with ice. She goes oh I’m going to have to charge you for that. The audacity this chick had to say that after she double charged me for corn starch and cheap beef broth... don’t go here if you’re out of town and just passing through. The crew will rob you blindly. Poor attitude, poor customer service, and poor quality of food all zero...
